Company of complaint - Wiltek ************** ******************************. ************. Emails ******************************** We have a residential elevator that is still under warranty. For over 2 months we have been trying to get Wiltek to come service the elevator as it has stopped working. In the last month or so we paid over $700 for extended service agreements AND just over two weeks ago paid an additional $729 half deposit for ACTUAL servicing to replace the motherboard and service person to come and fix the issue. NOONE FROM WILTEK OR THE ACTUAL CONTRACTOR WHO WE PAID TO DO THE SERVICE WILL RESPOND. We have no repair dates, my husband has left now more than two dozen messages, leaving them DAILY and they are simply refusing to acknowledge us or respond after paying over $1400 to get some level of servicing. Here is more of the problem. I am handicapped and need the elevator to get up and down my stairs. I had had to cancel 3 medical appointments because the elevator is not working. It has only been installed maybe a year so the fact that it already stopped working is problematic in and of itself. I have been in the hospital twice over the past year so my medical appointments are crucial to my health. We spent almost $50,000 to get the elevator installed, the majority went to Remi who only uses Wiltek for its servicing, yet we cant get Wiltek to come service or respond even after paying them so much money for repair and servicing. We need help desperately!!!! P.S. My husband ***** is the veteran.
