    In 2020, my husband and I engaged **** for help with our taxes. He was professional in the beginning and helped us as it took awhile for us to get all of our documentation to him. Once we did, I noticed when the zoom presentation was shared and he was looking up our tax returns, we could see the names of other families. Red flag re security. We proceeded and paid him for a number of years of taxes being filed. In 2021, we engaged again with the same experience. In 2022, we provided our previous years information and didn't hear from him for months. I got a random text saying it was urgent that I call him right away. He said that he had to let someone to from his company and wanted to see if she contacted us directly. It was strange and he sounded stressed. I hadn't heard from him for months. After I said we can reengage, I didn't hear from him again for 4 months. Then when I reached out again, he said he would get back to me. Almost 2 months later, he responded. In October of this year, I reached out a number of times saying I just need him to package everything he had done and our personal info for me to retrieve it. I told him we would not be needing his services. He went *** again a number of times. I mentioned last week that if he didn't complete our final ask and remove our information from any customers view, I would engage an attorney. It has now been 3 days since he said he would have it done. What started as a professional relationship has turned into one that lacks integrity, privacy/information security, and I just want him to respond with my ask so we can go our separate ways.
