      *********************** is the BEST sales person ever! Will never use any one else:) My new living room furniture was delivered today! Love the furniture and the delivery guys, ****** and ****** were OUTSTANDING!! Great guys and very professional! I highly recommend Woodstock Furniture Outlet to anyone looking for a great purchasing experience! Thank you to everyone at Woodstock Furniture Outlet!!!!!! I am a customer for life ????????

      On 12/29/2022 my furniture was scheduled for delivery between 130pm-0530pm. The drivers(2) showed up within the allocated time. In fact they called 20 minutes before arrival time and the name on caller ID states ************** is the driver. I showed ************** the front door is where he can enter to deliver my sofa and love seat and set it up in the empty den. You have to pass another 36" hallway door to enter the den .This is where ************** started too get frustrated, because he preceded to bring in the loveseat wrapped with all the pillows attached. I politely told him that he needed to remove the pillows in order to get through the door. He disagreed and took the door off the hinges and eventually needed too remove the pillows for the loveseat too fit. After that he was sure that the sofa was not going too fit and asked was there another way to my den. I said yes but that way was not prepared for them to bring furniture thru. I called my husband and was explaining the situation to him when ************* started talking to me disrespectfully and my husband heard everything. The other gentleman that was with him did not intervene. I was at the back of house calling the store, ************** goes in my home thru the front door WITHOUT PERMISSION and puts the loveseat back on the truck and was going to pull off if my husband and son had not been pulling up. ************* leaves the sofa and loveseat in my driveway. I finally talk to *********** a store manager who was sympathetic about what happened and refunded my delivery charges, but that just didn't sit right with me. This person should not be allowed to behave the way he did this day. This person was rude very disrespectful and he didn't even put back up the door he took down. I hope you company do a little more vetting on who you let into people homes. I am so close to bringing the furniture back and asking for refund.

      Recently bought a chair and salesman was *****, who is personable, patient and helpful. The new show room is very nice and lots to choose from. Enjoyed my experience.
