      I received a Flyer in the mail from CBR Property Solutions regarding my land I have for sale in ********, **. I called the company on January 15, ****, and spoke to *******. ******* was asking very unusual questions, like was I the only person on the deed. I told him I was not going to answer that, and his questions had nothing to do with purchasing my land. He then said they normally had a set of questions they ask but since I was not comfortable with answering them, he wouldn't ask any more questions. He never asked anything about the land itself, like surveys, plats, how much acreage the land was. I told him his company sounded fishy. He then said let me run some numbers and I will call you back. He never called back, so on January 19, ****, I called him. He answered and said oh I'm just so busy. I told him I was busy too and if he committed to do something he should follow through. He then asked if he could call be back in about 15 mins. I said okay. When he called back, he said they couldn't come near our sales price. I said okay and hung up. I called him right back and ask him to tell me what comps he found when he was doing the research on our property because we are below the comps. He said I don't have the comps available with me right now even though he was at his office. I suspect he never ran the comps or looked into our property since I wouldn't answer his suspicious questions! I think this company is up to no good and should be investigated!!

      Ms. ***** called our company as a result of mail marketing we send out to the area. She requested an offer on a property she currently has listed. The questions we ask are to determine if we are speaking to the decision maker or direct owner of the property since we get a lot of inquiries from individuals that dont actually own the properties they send us or ask us about. Asking if she is the sole owner is simply to determine if she will be the one we need to present the offer to or if there are more parties we need to discuss this with. Not answering our first question or very few of the questions more or less lets us know that person doesnt really want to do business with us. We make offers based on what we feel it will cost us to develop. We presented the offer to *****, she wasnt happy with it and we were fine to leave it at that as we do not pressure anyone to accept our offers. Everyone has the right to refuse or accept our offers and we do not employ pushy tactics to do business. This seller has had this property listed for quite some time and I feel she is taking out her frustration out on us because she has been unable to sell the property. ***** businesses do not register with the BBB like we have and for this reason I am requesting this complaint be removed as we have clearly done nothing wrong other than attempt to make an offer on a property that she called us on.

      CBR Property Solutions response is a lie!!  The flyer (mail marketing) sent to me was CBR Property Solutions wanting to purchase my property!!  I never ask for an offer as they reach out to me.  Again, they never ask for the price, size of ***********, plat, survey or anything about the property when we spoke!  They only wanted to know if I was the sole person on the deed!  I have never had someone inquiring about the property ask that question!  They lied about presenting me an offer, they didn't present an offer.  I guarantee they can't prove they made an offer, because they did not!  I was told by ******* they couldn't afford to come close to our price.  My frustration is a shady business contacting me only to waste my time!  The company's response in my onion makes them even more shady and my complaint should not be removed!  I have also reached out to the General Attorney and ************************ (FTC) regarding this!

      I signed a contract with CBRproperties for my land located at **********************************************************. I ***** never heard back from this business. We did not close on the day we were suppsed to close. I am afraid they are somehow going to put this property in their name with no payment to me. I am requesting the business acknowledge this and show proof the contract is void.

      We explained to the seller that the property did not meet our expectation during our due diligence period. We requested for them to sign a termination of contract and they stated they could meet us somewhere to do so, but then startedto say we need to hold up our end of the contract. Our end of the contract was to purchase the property IF it passed our due diligence. It did NOT pass our due diligence inspection so we decided to move away from the deal. It is not possible to purchase or obtain property in the **************** without a closing attorney handling the process. We are not able to take the property without going through the closing process. If the seller would have just agreed to sign the termination of contract and not came back telling us to honor the contract, we would have been able to move on from this weeks ago.
