*********************** is a con-artist who runs a false prophet business called Dreams 2:22 out of *******. In March of 2022, I paid $997 for a year long dream interpretation "Masterclass". Believing that I would actually learn from an actual prophet, I soon found out that **** was a false prophet and the class was a scam. I quickly became aware that **** was a false prophet because many of his teachings go against scripture and he does not have true prophecy. Instead, **** offers vague platitudes. Moreover, **** is engaged in fraud by holding out as a prophet and charging people money under that pretense. On his website, he is listed as "a prophetic voice gifted with dream interpretations, words of knowledge and prophetic messages." He also self-describes himself as a prophet during his classes, saying that he is "called to that office." In reality, he charges excessive fees for what he claims are "gifts from God" (e.g. $250 for an hour long dream interpretation session with a prophet or $525 for a special circadian session). By contrast, the real prophets of the bible never prophesied for money. (See ***** 3:11). I also had several other issues with the class. During the weekly meetings for the several weeks I attended, **** rarely had prepared new material for and often re-iterated himself or rambled. He also dramatically changed the nature of the class that he offered after I had already paid for a year long membership. He changed the "Masterclass" by opening the class up to the public for a significantly reduced fee of $59 for six weeks of attendance. I feel this breached my contractual expectation of exclusivity of signing up for the "MasterClass" because I was no longer being offered the same product I paid for originally and the teaching was no longer private to the original "Masterclass" that I had paid for. I was thoroughly disappointed and stopped attending the class in June of 2022. I then promptly asked for a refund in July of 2022, only to be denied such.

I am rejecting this response because:

    To the BBB of *******,

I wanted to reach out and clarify that this email was sent to my spam folder. Could you please re-open this case for me because the original inquiry for more information went to spam?

To answer your question, there was a contract in the form of me paying $997 for a year long access to *************************** Masterclass.

Please feel free to call or text me at ************.

    Best,

**** did join the Dreams 2:22 Masterclass in Q1 of 2022, in either February or March of 2022. On the products tab of my website, just above the qty box, it clearly states "Tuition is non-refundable", see screenshot from my website. She was in the group from time of enrollment until August 11 per her email (see attached email pdf). Never in any communication did she express to me what she expressed in her complaint here, other than requesting a refund. The only communication from **** that I have received to date are the two emails attached here.
In June of ************************************************************************************************************************************** August of 2022. The teaching portions would be on Thursday nights and on the first and third Monday's of the month we would be adding a "Mentorship Only" night giving the Masterclass members an extra 10 hours of mentorship per month with no additional tuition required adding more value than the initial structure of the Masterclass. At that time, I was also asked to be part of an online school of ministry's leadership team and to bring my trainings to the members of that group as well. The director of that school opened up his enrollment to my Masterclass members at a heavily discounted rate of $997.00 to honor my Masterclass members since most had just paid or renewed their membership; which **** took advantage of as well and expressed her excitement about the transitions.
At the end June of 2022, she sent me a message stating that she was sending me a "demon" (see attached screenshot).
In August 5th of 2022,  **** began harassing other Masterclass members via ******** messenger (see the various attached screenshots). In those messages she state "The Lord actually took me off Masterclass". Clearly her decision to remove herself from our Masterclass.
In November of 2022, **** sent an anonymous letter to a former member of my Masterclass who live in ******** (see the attached screenshot from ********).
Due to all of these factors, the continual harassment, and the fact that it is clearly stated on my website, "Tuition is non-refundable", I believe this complaint should be closed and that is my request. I wish **** the best and hope she finds what she is looking for in her spiritual growth.

    Complaint: 18474474

I am rejecting this response for the following reasons:

First, my primary complaint was regarding the business's ongoing fraudulent behavior. The business's owner holds out as a prophet, as I described in my previous message. I do not feel that the BBB has conclusively addressed this point in its response. I would like a partial refund at minimum due to the fraud. Additionally, I am worried about a future consumer being hurt by this business because the owner claims to be a prophet. I want the BBB to thoroughly review this point before closing this case.

Second, the business owner accused me of sending an anonymous letter to a woman in his class who lives ********. I did no such thing. I do not even have the address of anyone that lives in ********--notably, because I live in ********. Moreover, if the letter was anonymously written then I don't see how it could be assigned to me.

Third, the business owner accused me of "continual harassment". I did not harass anyone in his class. I do believe that I told one or two individuals that I felt prompted to quit, but that is all I can recall. Moreover, I actually went without a personal cell phone from roughly August/September until just last week (around December 8th). I also deleted my ******** account several months ago. Accordingly, I was not able to "continually harass" anyone. I don't even have ****'s number anymore because I have a new phone and stopped using my old phone in September.

    Sincerely,
