    we bought a brand new camper from Open Roads in July 2023, From the very first trip we have had to pay for plumbing repairs because we were out of town on trips (ex.. replacing toilet water line due to slice in pipe, replacing the island kitchen sink because of leakage and replacing the shower faucet because it came off shower wall. I spoke with Open Roads Rv about getting our camper in to have other repairs that was still under warranty at the time fixed, took camper in on July 23, 2024 and when the service guy called me back about repairs he told me that all was covered under the warranty. they still have our camper as of 12-3-2024. We are now working with our 3rd service department person because the other two are no longer there. We were told on 9-11-2024 that all parts were in for the camper to be fixed and when we show up to pick up camper nothing but the small things were fixed. No major repairs were done like the ** unit, outside grill, bent awning arm and the trim around the fireplace that was warped. We have been told we have to pay out of pocket for the warped trim to be replaced because of a leak somewhere that we still don't know where- wanted to charge $365 to get piece and place on slideout, After a long conversation with the 2nd service person- I was told they would do the trim for $200 (keep in mind part is $53 and remaining amount is what they were charging for labor) I still do not believe this is fair due to none of these damages were due to our neglect but because we are tired of all the lies and dealing with open roads we agreed to pay $200, Now we are told it will be over $300. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. we have been told lie upon lie and gone with out our camper for 4 1/2 months. so much has happened with this company since August 1st that it's to much to add
