September 23,2024 the owner of the shop said he was certain that the clicking was due to a door to the air conditioner not opening and closing he said he did a diagnostic test, my question to him was why did you do unnecessary work and charging me $421.56 and my car is still clicking and vibrating worse than before I took it to your shop. While speaking to him he was nasty and rude I’ll never do business with this company again. I want a refund. He didn’t repair any problems I took it for.

    On 09/23/2024

    ***** **** with a 2010 Chrysler ***.

The vehicle was running poorly, With a Check Engine light on. ***** **** agreed to a diagnostic charge $107.00(which we didn't charge) due to customer (***** ****) was getting the work done with us.

Check engine light showed 2 codes

    P0*** - Multiple cylinder misfire

    P0305 -  Cylinder 5 misfire

On this 2010 Chrysler ***. Check for Spark. We confirm that cylinder 3 was misfiring due to a bad Ignition Coil. After replacing the Ignition coil. No code for Cylinder 3.

Cylinder 5 we replaced  1 Spark Plug and 1 Ignition Coil. Due to no signal coming from the Ignition Coil. We discuss with ***** ****

that there is a problem with the ECM/ PCM ( electronic control module) . At this time the customer understood that we don't do ECM/PCM replacements. The vehicle will continue to run poorly aka misfiring/ Shaking until the part is replaced. We did suggest that the customer that it to a shop and can preform this task.

Reason of why we replace parts : Due to misfiring we follow correct procall. After pressure testing the system. Results show no to little signal from the ignition to cylinder 3 and 5. Replacment of the Ignition coil / Fixed cylinder 3 misfire. Following standard procedure we replace spark plug and ignition coil for cylinder 5. After replacement of cylinde 5 parts (spark plug and ignition coil) didn't solve all the problems. Allow us to contunie the diagnostic, which lead to the results of a bad ECM/PCM.

Noise in dash : Clicking noise coming from the dash, Was explained to the customer. That we would need the vehicle back to us to check vehicle. We did suggest Monday 09/30/2024. For the vehicle to be dropped off to be check with no Diagnostic fee. We are happy to check and see what may/may not be the problem. ( possible a bad part Blend Door Actuator ) if this is the problem we would replace the bad Blend Door Actuator with no charge! After suggesting this with the customer to drop off car on Monday 09/30/2024, Customer hung up the phone with no response.
