    I hired them to complete a patio extension. I was given a quote of $1500 by the ‘lead’ with a start date 3 days later. That came and went with no call as to why there was a delay. I reached out to the owner and was advised they would be there end of the week to set it up. That came and went with another no show. They finally started the set up a week after the initial start date. The owner was present and explained the process would now be $1800. They dug 1/4 of the sod up and owner required a $800 up front payment for cement. They all left once he received that check. The day they were to pour I was told the price would now be $2000 because they have to wheel barrel the concrete due to size of my gate. Once the majority of the concrete was poured owner wanted remaining payment. He then left. The crew that was left behind did such a sloppy job with concrete all over my windows, vinyl siding, left a pile of sod mixed with concrete in the middle of my yard. I asked for a receipt and that took 5 days. Owner explained he would send someone to clean the mess left but his lead did not complete the cleanup. I’ve been calling now another week being told someone would come to scrape the overflow off my original patio slab and nobody has shown up. I then contacted the owner by phone and left a voice message and he has not returned my call. There were also butts someone smoked being left on my lawn. To say this company is terrible is a compliment. Disgust is the word.
