    David was paid to complete a roofing job for us. He was supposed to find a roofing company to complete our roof. He had just employees of his do our roof and they did not do it correctly. We had a respectful roofing company come look at the roof and it was done so wrong. They put caulk in between the shingles and edges instead of actually putting the roofing shingles down. We have contacted David multiple times and it has almost been a year and David still has not come to fix the roofing problem. There have multiple attempts to call and text him with no avail. He says he will come “this week” and never shows up. He has constantly been giving us the run around but never finishes the job or does it correctly. All we want is to have the roof completed so we can sell our home.

    In **** ** ****, I entered into an agreement with ***** ******* to remove old windows, repair sash as necessary and install replacement windows. He did most of the work but forgot to repair an upstairs sash. He promised to come back and finish the job, but he never did return. I have called him a dozen times and left messages, but he never returns my calls. After asking around, I understand this is common to him. He will complete most of the work, accept payment and never return.
