  I called Rodney W******* about the work he does as advertised on a vehicle that he said belongs to him. He came to my house I told him that I wanted skirtings all around my house, fix breaker box that’s tripping, put up two dusk to dawn lights on each corner of the back of the house, fix electrical in bathroom, secure under step in the front. He only put some kind of wood all around the bottom of the house didn’t fix the electrical issue with bathroom left socket open, didn’t fix the outdoor breaker box that’s tripping, left backyard air conditioner pipe loose n running water under the house, he hung two dusk to dawn lights on each corner of the back only one comes on left cord glued outside on panel , left gasp opening on corners where wood was placed at the bottom of skirtings, wood, bricks, tin that was taken from around the house that was replaced was left all over the front side n back yard. I called Rodney every other day to see when he was coming to finish the job. Each time he said he was coming the next day or the next morning or when he comes from his ************* graduation. Nothing but excuses. I paid Rodney W******* one half of the money the first day that he started May 13 2025. Said he would finish it in two days. Didn’t finish until the 18 of May. At least I thought he had done everything. I have a ****** **** injury and could not check everything at that time. He told me that he had fixed everything. After I paid him the first day $1112.00 three days later he asked for $600.00 towards $2.200. I paid him that on the May 16 2025. Then on the 17 of May he tried to get $300. From me. I didn’t give it to him. I told him that I wasn’t giving him any more money until the job was done. Rodney W******* was paid $25 more than the $2200 that he said he charged to do the job that he didn’t do. Today is June 5 2025. He has not completed the job. I want half of my money back.
