    I placed an order on ***** **, ****. As of today, ***** **, ****, I have not received my order. I have requested a refund, I even asked about the package. They supplied a tracking number with a link that does not work. According to the email it was supposed to be delivered ***** *****, ****. Then another email with the tracking stated ***** *, ****.

    The tracking was provided to the consumer as the *** parcel was shipped on ***** **th.  We reached out to *** today (***) and they cannot locate the parcel. A full refund of $29.90 has been issued to the consumers **** ending in **** on *** *** for the lost order.  We will file the claim with *** on our behalf, consumer has been made whole.  Consumer also has been notified that the refund has been issued.

    I purchased about $90 worth of products from Yarnspirations. Part of my order arrived ***. On **** I sent an email requesting to return the items I had received and cancel my remaining items. On **** I was sent an automated email stating my remaining items had been cancelled with no follow up from customer service or information on the return. I emailed a second time on **** and have yet to receive a response. Im contacting the BBB because I would still like to return these items.

    Original email request to return items was received on ****, and replied to on **** to the email ************************.  Consumer then sent in another email **** and same response was re-sent on ****.  Below is a copy of the response sent (same response sent both times **** and ****)

    Thank you for reaching out.

    We are sorry to hear that you wish to return your purchase.   All purchases on Yarnspirations.*** can be returned for a full refund, less original shipping, if completed within 60 days of purchase.  

    Returns are accepted on unused products only, with the skein band (label) intact.

    Should you wish to return a full or partial order, please include a copy of your packing list in the box and indicate the *** * **** on the the packing list.    Should you not have the list, please use a copy of your order confirmation showing the order number.

    As we do not offer a return postage paid label program, to facilitate the most economical way for you to return your order, it is permissible to re-package the items in any outer box or bag that fits your needs.     Consumers are responsible for return shipping charges of their choice and return shipping charges are not reimbursable.  Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment.

    Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests for exchanges.

     

     

    Consumer is still able to return the balance of her order at any time.  Once received the refund will be issued to her original method of payment.

    Although the consumer has been offered multiple times authorization to return their order for a full refund, this does not appear to be accepted by them, and we are unsure why.  To alleviate further frustration for the consumer, we are allowing them to keep all items received at no charge and we have issued a full refund to their original method of payment.

    I have been trying to reach out to the company to return my order and recieve a refund. I have gotten no response. I have sent 5 emails since they day I recieved my package on 3/28/2025 and filled out the form they have online. Tried to call and got the automated message that they were busy and could not answer calls. I need to get my order returned and refunded ASAP.

    We did respond to the consumers request for a return, and emailed an RGA number as well return instructions on 4 occasions.  The dates emailed by us ar 3/28/25, 4/2/25, 4/4/25 and 4/10/25.  The information was sent to ********************, however note that her original order was placed under the email *********************.  No response from consumer to date.

    Note however that we have refunded the order in full, and will direct the consumer to keep the items at no charge.  They do not have to be returned.  A full refund has been issued to her **** ending in **** on 4/22/25.
