    I am rejecting this response because: Response and communication was not the primary complaint. We want a livable house that is as promised in our sales agreement. Also, just because you called back and told us someone would come or that you were working on it has not been the truth nine times out of ten.

    ***** ******mplished in over a month. We put down 24,000 after saving for years. This is supposed to be the best time in our lives and it is miserable. We can't pay to live 2 places so we are just stuck. The GM doesn't care. As soon as he got paid he doesn't return calls for hours and has not resolved any issue.

    Hello,

    We have been actively working to repair the issues listed with this home. We have made several trips in an effort to diagnose and fix the issues with their AC (including completely replacing the units). We have isolated the problem to the electrical system (we believe) and have an electrician scheduled to go there at the first opportunity they had available, tomorrow 4/29/2024. The home was set 30 days ago, and finding and scheduling contractors takes time. Here is a list of all of the visits we have made in effort to rectify this situation:

    As you can see, we have been to this location twice a week for the past month installing new units and trying to troubleshoot the issues caused. We are working as fast as possible to resolve this matter.

    I have also attached the phone call history showing no calls have went missed or unanswered. Infact all calls, even when missed were responded with the same day if not within a few hours.

    Skirting has been completed; we are still waiting on a sub-contractor for the AC. We have requested pictures of all interior work to be done so we can resolve all issues.
