This doctor is too busy to see his patients. On my first visit, the staff took my **Ray after making me wait for an hour and 30 minutes. I was called for a follow up with the doctor once he reviewed the x-ray and "Studied my case." For my follow up appointment, the doctor never showed. Instead he send a case manager who's showing me pictures from ******* on how my knee should be and how it looks on the **Ray.A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY.

We have had our same intake process for over 17 years. When patients come into our office they 1st meet with our case manager, next they see either our MD or NP for a medical exam and imaging as happened in your case. After this appointment, our entire team of specliasts including our MD, NP, chiropractor, therapists and case manager all sit down to review your exam and x-ray findings to come up with the best treatment plan possible for you. On your second visit, our case manager will sit down with you to go over the treatment that the medical director approved for you, then we move you on to our MD or NP to begin treatment should you choose to start treatment with us. We thoroughly explain this to every new patient on their first visit so that they know what to expect. **** % of our patients are pleased with this process. Unfortunately we were not a great fit for you, we wish you all the best.
