      August 2022, spoke to ********************* who seemed caring and invited me to bring my car by. He came across very direct with his answers and that was fine. Once my car was in the process of being repaired, I found ********************* to be borderline rude, matter of fact attitude, and not willing to go above and beyond to address a dissatisfied customer regarding sublet work. Didn't even try to address the matter again with sublet company. Also made mention in a few different conversations via email that I was getting work covered by insurance company that shouldn't have been approved. Who is he to say anything, especially if your getting paid.I went to PAC because I knew you were a high end repair shop and I have a Porsche. I went against my insurance company's recommendation and ended up with egg on my face!I will not recommend anyone because of how I was treated and then trying to bring light to the insurance company about repairs he didn't believe we're related to accident. Again, if your being paid, who is anyone to get in my business with insurance carrier. Very upset and put out with lack of customer satisfaction. I still have a door panel that isn't glued down (of which I didn't know about it being sublet) and I was told it wouldn't be like new, but fact remains it's still not glued down .So Mr * *********************** and/or ***********, would one of you like to show your customer satisfaction skills and contact me about this most upsetting ordeal with *********************?Thank you, *************************** My phone number is on record at your office

      I filed a complaint against performance auto collision and we have resolved the matter and I would like to send in another review as to how the manager of the facility handled it with me in a positive manner. Please advise me how I can accomplish this. Thank you ***************************
