  Outstanding Service and Results! I couldn't be happier with my experience with Atlanta Basement Systems. From the initial inspection to the final walkthrough, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful of my home. They clearly explained every step of the process and delivered exactly what they promised no surprises, just solid workmanship. The crew showed up on time every day, worked efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was done. Our crawlspace went from damp and musty to dry, and clean, if you're looking for a trustworthy, skilled company to handle your basement/crawlspace waterproofing or foundation needs, I highly recommend Atlanta Basement Systems. They're the real deal! Thank you to all teams involved.

  Atlanta Basement Systems sent **** to take a look at the waterproofing system recently installed in my basement by another company. I had some concerns about the functionality and quality of the peripheral drain and sump pump system that was placed. The *** was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Rather than tell me that my newly installed system was deficient, **** indicated that the drainage system in my basement was an appropriate choice for my house. He did, however, recommend some modifications (that made sense to me) that would ensure the system worked properly. I greatly appreciated this company's willingness to evaluate a system recently installed by another, knowing that there may be no new business to come from the consultation. Although Atlanta Basement Systems has not performed any basement work for me to date, I suspect they do high quality work and suggest that anyone needing basement waterproofing consider them.

  Atlanta Basement Systems gave me an estimate in a professional and detailed report. The survey was very informative with descriptions of problems and corrections for work to be performed. After receiving the estimate I called the inspector with questions. His answers were concise and to the point. The survey of my crawl space was a difficult task as the joists are very low in this older home, the inspector never complained. I had followed him in the crawl space and I was able to answer his question's. He was able to identify a major problem with water in one area, and identify other items as moderate, or minor. He then reviewed the interior of the home, and site drainage with downspouts. Overall it was a very impressive survey, I recommend this company as very good for figuring out crawl space problems. I had called other companies and this was the best solution at a affordable cost.

  They made the appointment on time, reviewed the crawl space, gave a lot of great advice. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend this company for a crawl space with musty or water damage. Nic did a great job at my home.
