    I took my phone to get a screen protector replacement. They replace the screen protector but it was installed wrong. So when I got my phone back open my screen was damaged. I can't even use my phone and they have no resolution to fix. My phone was ok before the repair not it's no. Because of the refusal or having me wait for them to decide to do about my phone, I had to buy a new Because I'm a truck driver and I have to use my phone for work. They broke my phone so they should repair or replace it since I was forced to buy a new one.

    I recently took my phone, ******* S23 Ultra, to get a cracked screen replaced on 10/28/2023. When I dropped off my phone it was in a perfect working condition as in I could make calls, send text messages, access the internet and use the screen aside from the crack it had. When I arrived to pick it up I was told that the phone was not ready to come back in *********************************************************************** to say that unfortunately the screen will not be replaced because it did not pass the quality control test and that the old screen was going to be put back, he also suggested to get a completely new phone as an option, I was told to come back the next day to pick up my phone.10/29/2023 - Upon returning to the business the following day, one of the employees brings my phone out and explains to me that the screen was not replaced because on the reasons stated above and that they couldnt do anything about it, as Im checking my phone I noticed that it was put back poorly and the screen was not working so I asked them why is my screen not working. She explains that since the screen was not replaced it lost some filament that allowed the screen to work properly and that they couldnt do anything about it. I proceeded to tell her that, that was unacceptable because I handed them a properly working phone and they are returning a non working phone back to me. The manager got involved and was no help at all in trying to solve the issue, he stated the same that they couldnt do anything because it was their policy that they couldnt replace a screen unless it passed all of their and *******s quality expectations. He suggested to call customer service and explain the situation and after that he left and never came back out.
