In April I took my son out for a mother son date as a gift for his patience as I recovered from maternity leave. I'll start by saying the only kind person in the building was the door *******. When I arrived to the counter the cashier never smiled or greeted me. She just wanted to know what did I need by saying, yes? I asked if she could tell me about the packages. She asked what did I want to know or didn't understand when a blatant attitude. I told her nevermind. I'll buy whatever I can for around $90 bucks plus a game of bowling. I got our game card and went on to bowl first. After eating I tipped the waitress in cash. On my way home, I later found out through my bank statement that a larger tip had been added to my total. I tried disputing the tip through my bank but the bank declined to help because I initiated the transaction. Back to the facility, after bowling, we tried playing numerous game. None of which worked. We spent most of the night going back to the coin claim center getting credits returned to our game card because nothing was working. After ***** minutes of the same problem I asked for a refund. The said they could not offer a refund. I asked them how can I get my money worth if the games arent working. The manager ******* told me to come back and try again another day or try the ********** location which is nearly two hours from my home. I never got a chance to use the game card. $160 plus dollars down the drain. I will NEVER patron this business again. The location is overall ghetto. I booked tickets to the movies above this place and couldn't get in because of a huge brawl that caused police to block all entrances. Again, loss of money due to this business because the movies does not offer refunds or reassign tickets after the start of movies. My bank was unable to assist me with getting my money back from main event.
