So this is a consulting firm that provides IT r consultants to various clients. But they are posting ghost jobs and asking for resumes and peoples information. And they quote a low rate keeping more than 50% of the margin and at the end they dont even submit the resumes for valid and appropriate candidates. Because the job does not exist and they are just fooling US citizens and GC holders in the hopes of finding a job that is not existing.Initial Complaint

VDart is one of the horrific companies to do business with, they are terrible in paying the invoices, here's our story: I was interviewed by Coforge, which is yet another 420 type company for a software architect position and I did pass the interview and however once the interview was cleared and drug test and abckground verification passed, Coforge referred me to VDart and made us (actually forced us) to sign MSA contract through VDart i.e. instead of Coforge signing the contract directly they made us sign the contract through VDart, so I ended up working for Coforge through VDart. My issues started from the first month's payment itself, VDart never paid me ontime, in fact I started in October of 2023 and VDart took 3 months to make my first payment i.e. I was without salary until January of 2023. This continued every single month. Now comes the most frightful thing, my project ended in June 2024 and both VDart and Coforge colluded and they said the project ended May 2024 and not in June 2024, so there I am losing one month's salary even though I religiously worked for them day and night with my due diligence, it's not just this, it's been close to 2 months now and they are still not willing to pay my May month's salary and every time we ask VDart they tell us to contact Coforge and when we reach out to Coforge they tell us that I need to work with VDart for the final payment. I have been ping ponged between Coforge and VDart for my final payment and I have sent several emails, texts, phone calls but they don't care to pay at all, especially now that the project is over they seem not to care to make the final payment infact this is one of their criminal tactics to delay the payment and make the candidate run from pillar to post and final get away with the last payment. This company will not leave me alone and are harassing me through phone, text, email, and social media. They are recruiters trying to get me to leave my job. I have been polite and said no thanks. Their unsubscribe links do not work. I have tried blocking them. I have tried requesting they remove me from their databases. This recruiting company has contacted me about the same position multiple times. The attached examples are just the latest and are also only contacts by email. I have been contacted by phone within minutes each time and have also told them by phone each time I'm not interested. As you can see, I keep telling them I'm not interested in the position, but keep getting contacted. I have not found a way on the company's website to contact them to get them to stop (their contact form states it is only to express interest in looking for working).Business Response

I have asked no less than 10 times in the past month to be removed from their call list, and they continue to harass me with phone calls, texts, emails, social media, etc... Most recruiters are from ***** and I'm not sure they even understand what I'm saying. I desperately want these calls to stop, but I can't get anyone to do what I am asking. I have been very polite and patient. This is getting ridiculous. Sometimes I'm getting between 5 and 6 calls a day. This company, VDart Inc, has contacted me multiple times a day for weeks. I have told them to never call me again. I don't recall putting in any application with them. However, their calls, emails, and texts are persistent. The phone number is always different, so I can't just block them. Questionable practices and support dodging.I spoke with VDart representatives about a job opportunity. I came across the posting on LinkedIn myself and applies myself. They contacted me immediately asking for personal information such as my SSN and a copy of my drivers license. The representative was hesitant to answer questions, hung up when I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor, then directed me to another associate who did the same. All of these actions coupled with things like a very noisy datacenter on their end, their reluctance to elevate any issue, and their dodging of communication feel very similar to predatory scam centers. The organization considers itself a recruiting firm working on behalf of *****************, another recruiting firm, to find applicants for jobs. The Georgia based company actually operates out of *****. This twice-removed conduct is less than transparent. Their immediate attempts to collect personal information is unreasonable and has made me very uncomfortable.Please inquire into the validity of this operation. I am not the only one to come to the BBB to file a complaint for the specific incidents cited above, as per the other available complaints visible on the company profile on BBB's website, as well as numerous complaints filed against them on LinkedIn, Glassdoor and other services.Business Response

This company spams me every day, despite me unsubscribing to their emails and telling them repeatedly to not contact me. They also call very early in the morning my in my time zone. I've already had 3 calls today but from3 different people from their company starting at just after 6AM PST. They refuse to stop calling and contacting despite numerous attempts.
