    We have received a pattern of complaints alleging failure to deliver ordered products and subsequent failure to provide requested refund. Consumers allege it is difficult to communicate with company representative relating to their concerns. Several consumers allege they were told there were system failures and that the problems were fixed; however they still did not receive a refund or product. BBB has received the following response from the company;

    "Merchant bank we were utilizing has made a choice to hold your funds. This action crippled many of our shipments. Rectified for future orders but forced to make a refund for past orders". No indication customers received refund or product in these cases.

    "Merchant provider has not released your funds for the purchase due to unspecified reasons forcing competing to issue refunds or chargebacks. At this time only accepting checks or bank transfers.

    "We suggest you contact credit card issuer and request charge back or reversal"
