I was denied a load with a freight broker stating an F rating. I have attempted to contact Carrier Assure to inquire how they reached this rating with no reply. Based on the information from their website it pulls data from multiple reports such as dot performance and inspections. All of which we have passed with ZERO issues. We have been in business for over 1 year and are a preferred carrier to some high value, white glove service clients. Placing small businesses with this type of rating for no known reason makes it difficult for them to survive. We have the knowledge and experience for the job we just simply started to do it for ourselves instead of the big companies. I would like the chance to understand the rating and get it corrected.Initial Complaint

On 8/14/24 my business received an email from Carrier Assure stating that my company has been reported for suspicious activity. When I looked further into the issue, it seems my company was reported to Carrier Assure BY Carrier Assure. I do not do business with them, as they are a 3rd party company that freight brokers may use during onboarding when working with a motor carrier. I am a motor carrier. Carrier Assure has now created a profile for my company and now is slandering the reputation of my business to current and potential customers and clients of mine. I have asked for this to be removed immediately. I am being told that there is nothing that I can do but purchase a membership to Carrier Assure. I do not need a membership as I do not do business with them at all or have ever had contact or business with their audit team, nor does their audit team know a thing about my business operations outside of what is public information in this industry through FMCSA etc. As a small business owner/operator, I should not be forced to pay another company to not slander my business to others. It is my belief this is all but blackmail to get carriers to pay for membership. Reports need to be removed ASAP and I need to be contacted for immediate resolution.Initial Complaint

I am the owner of RRS Vision LLC, a transportation company. Carrier Assure is a computer software company that provides data to brokers. On June 28, 2024, I attempted to book a load with *** Transportation. **** uses this service to determine if a Carrier has any question issues. Carrier Assure gave me an F rating using outdated information. Furthermore this company provides no direct contact and operates in the shadows. Reporting negative information without an ability to resolve the data is unacceptable! My business was denied a load opportunity worth 1500 dollars. I sent an email to Carrier Assure requesting that my information be updated. No response. I am owner of Shotgunn Trucking, a transportation company. Carrier Assure is a computer software company that provides data to brokers. On May 21, 2024, I attempted to book a load with **** Transportation. **** uses this service to determine if a Carrier has any question issues. Carrier Assure gave me an F rating using outdated information. Furthermore this company provides no direct contact and operates in the shadows. Hello,My name is *****************************. Husband, father of two girls. We live in ******** **. My wife was Cheif Nursing Officer at ******************* in ******** **. Upon needing to Vaccinate as Urgent Responder for Covid, my wife suffered (4) Strokes. Leaving her disabled. She suffered brain injury and is now partially paralyzed.By God's ***** we are doing our best to raise our children and provide them with the best education we can. Both our girls have excellent grades. Our youngest has been accepted to ***************************** she has a 4.4 gpa. DOT NO: ******* MC NO: ******* ******** Xpress has an immaculate record with DOT, no citations or no violations reported to the ***************** Score or ****************** of *************** We are carriers for major shippers like Amazon, ************* and **** ***************Over two months ago we contacted **** Transportation to book a load and were denied access to the load board application. We called for a Live agent, ****** at **** Transportation who explained to us that the issue stemmed from Carrier Assure's score, an "F" to ******** Xpress. This score does not represent the score from the ****************** of ***************A large portion of our business depends on the ability to book loads on RTS. We are suffering major loss of opportunity. We have attempted to contact Carrier Assure through the portal, via the brokers at **** Transportation and by email. Every week we send several messages. We have yet to get a reply. Absolutely nothing.We have gone above and beyond to ensure that our business is in compliance, clean, healthy and safe.We need our records to be corrected and reflect the hard work and dedication we have applied to our trade. On November 15th we contracted a load with **** Transport through our MC#******* for a pick up of 11/20 and delivery 11/21.We are an over dimensional specialized carrier whom pre-books our freight in advance due to our loading schedules with cranes. On Nov 17th we were notified by the jobsite that our crane apt from Friday had been pushed out which in return would affect our loading schedule for the **** load.Our offices immediately contacted the Broker/Freight Agent ***************** to notify him that we would not be able to cover the load and wanted to give advance notice so he had time to cover the load for Monday 11/20/2023 pickup and delivery on 11/21/2023. He asked if we could pick up on Tuesday or Wednesday to cover it and I let him know with as bad of scheduling issues we were having and a possibility of not getting offloaded on Sunday 11/19/23 that it would not be fair for me to commit to the load. This Broker/Freight Agent for *********************** was not rude nor did he indicate he would send a bad report against us to this third party reporting agency. Furthermore, have them post to other Brokers that we are an "F-Rated" Carrier for circumstances that arrose beyond our control. We attempted to give as much adavance notice as possible not to leave the broker hanging knowing we were not going to be able to cover the load.This third party reporting agency has NEVER reached out to validate the alleged claim and I want this post and rating against our company removed!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a third party company that has been around for two brief years. They do not provide a phone # nor address to contact them. They do not return emails.
