    I tried to become an instructor with CPR Training School but had no success. I paid $388 on April 19th and completed all of the online required courses. I then went around and around trying to schedule my virtual monitoring. On April 26th I paid $40 for a student to get their key to complete CPR through a blended platform and the student has yet to receive the link for the course. I have emailed two different people who work there trying to get my virtual monitoring scheduled and have received NO response. At this point the student I had has gone with a different company as I am now doing as well. Do not waste your money with this company!

    I am an instructor who aligned with this training center in May 2022. On Sept 17 at 9:20 pm, I received an email from the ************************** that the coordinator of the CPR Training School deactivated my status. In all fairness, I would like to state that training centers have the authorization to deactivate anyone at any time. However, I received no explanation or reasoning beforehand. I did reach out to a couple of staff members. One inaccurately stated I did not complete my instructor paperwork, and I replied with the exact time and dates I sent my paperwork to her back in May 2022. I received no response from her after that. I spoke with the coordinator, who stated to refer to the ********************** Manual, as I am not allowed to list my class on the *** class connector website as an instructor, only on my website. I called the ************************** to confirm this statement, and they confirmed this is only a policy for THIS training center. Please be aware that there are other training centers that allow you to do so. She also stated I was told this during a training which is also incorrect. I used to certify instructors for another center before they closed; I never told any instructors nor does the instructor curriculum or ********************** Manual state instructors are not allowed to list their classes with *** class connector. I had been listing my courses for four months and was never told to stop posting my classes or that it was not allowed before being deactivated. However, her exact words via email were, "Instructors cannot list classes on the *** instructor website; you were deactivated because you had listed several classes". I taught classes in my free time, so luckily, I'm not affected by this decision. However, I would like to make this issue known to others before deciding to apply as an instructor for this training center; please explore your opinions.
