    Purchased an impact mouth guard from this company, product came damaged/ took almost a month after being marked as shipped to arrive. Reached out to company (Impact Protection, LLC) in order to request a refund and to return original product as it is not even remotely close to as advertised, and doesnt fit my mouth in the slightest without a tremendous of amount of pain. Company response was to wait another X amount of months, and go through the entire process again (which would have taken another 2-3 months to accomplish, potentially with the same result, at the expense of my time. Was told by company that no refund would be issued, and was given no realistic solution to sending me a fairly expensive product that was not as advertised. (Warped, not molded correctly, not to customer satisfaction expectations).

    I ordered their product, which is a custom mouth guard. They sent me the wrong mouth piece. It was clearly made from someone elses impressions. Also it came in far from advertised and when I asked for a refund the customer service rep told me there is no refund policy. However, this is not stated anywhere on their website.

    March 22nd I purchased a Quick-fit mouthguard thinking it was a custom fit. I paid a total of $118.93. Since purchasing I had gotten no order confirmation, but had received multiple promotionals. After a while of no updates, I called their line to see what had happened. Apparently another email that I did not recognize had autofilled and I did not receive the confirmation or order number (*****). Because of this, I had not seen the confirmed product name and it had already gone into production (it has a custom design as well). When I called I was told it was too late to make adjustments and that there is no refund or anything. The best they could do was offer to discount a new one. I do not have the liquidity to purchase another mouthguard for $70 (including the additional shipping costs) after having paid over $100. I told them I would happily pay the remaining cost of the custom fit, as that was the only reason I visited their website in the first place, but they completely dismissed it and I was told that I would LOVE their quick fit (multiple times). I only was looking to purchase a custom fit mouthguard because of problems with quick fits in the past (partially due to my severe TMJ), and now I cannot because I spent all that money on a quick fit unwittingly. If I wanted to purchase a quick fit, I would have driven to ******* and picked up a shock doctor, as its basically the same thing and quality.
