      I schedule to have a cleaning. Got an appointment for April 11 at 12:30 2 days before got a confirmation email for 12:00. Called to see why my appointment was adjusted and no one called me, no real answer but Ill have to take 12 or reschedule. He it is April 11th and Im at the office at 12. 30 minutes go by and I ask about my time in about 10 minutes. I go back at 1 and asked realistically what time can I expect to be seen. Was told IDK let me see youre schedule to get fill ins. No Im not Im here for a cleaning well they booked you for a a fill in let me let you see the doctor. The doctor hey why havent you been here in a year because my last appointment had to be rescheduled 3 times and the time before that my appointment was an hour late than **** took an hour lunch and I could finally be seen but that time **** wanted to reschedule me again. Im asking the dentist what my price would be and he told me and I asked whats all included. He said fluoride and I said I dont want the fluoride and he precedes to tell me I have to get it and about codes I know this is a lie because I got it as a freebie for the last time when they inconvenienced. Its an add on service the dentist proceeded to tell me that maybe that dentist isnt the right one for me and I said yes maybe youre right but as long as I only need maintenance vs having to pay 500 Ill be coming here . I told him my maintenance here are free and he proceeds to tell me nothing in life is free and I had to pay something I must just not remember. I told him to look it up and he did and says oh yea you didnt pay anything. I told him that the offices needs to get better because service has been bad these last two years. He took zero accountability and basically told me I shouldnt come there. I asked if he had a boss and he said no, was he the owner and her said no, asked if I could take down his name and he said no. Come to find out hes the owner. ***************************

      On March 30, 2023, I visited A Smile 4U for a standard dental cleaning, expecting to pay only what was covered by my ****************** I was charged $127, which I later discovered was excessive when my insurance statement showed I owed just $56.20.Despite this discrepancy, A Smile 4U insisted that the $127 charge was correct, claiming they didn't submit certain services to insurance as they "knew" these wouldn't be covered. On September 11, 2023, I received an additional bill for $48.20. My insurance company confirmed that I had overpaid by $70.80 and advised me to file a grievance if A Smile 4U refused to honor their contract as a preferred provider.Upon contacting A Smile 4U, they acknowledged a billing issue but justified the $70.80 overcharge as the cost of a mouthwash, which I neither requested nor was informed would cost $70. I demand a refund for the overcharge and expect A Smile 4U to adhere to their contractual obligations.

      My son (who is two) had two crowns placed on his front teeth in March of 2023 by a smile 4 u *******. Now my son has had both of the crowns fall off. We had one crown replaced by a smile 4 u in ************, (which the crown was only reglued, they used the crown that fell off, put dental cement on it and placed it back in). The reguled crown happened May of 2023, which now in **** is when the second crown fell off (which is now lost) and not even a few days after the second crown falling off (which I have been told cannot be replaced without having the crown in hand) the first reglued crown has chipped and is missing a piece. I contacted the business asking for a corporate number to be told they dont have one, and that someone will call me. I just want to get my sons teeth fixed properly and not keep having the issues of the crowns breaking or falling off. I feel like the work done by the offices was not quality work.

      I Prepaid for a treatment in "my treatment plan". I paid $318.00 for (full mouth Debridement-Subsequent Visit) = $234.00 (Gingival Therapy Kit) = $75.00 I went into the office for My son appointment as well as my appointment in December 2022. I was told that my son had to pay $21.00 to be seen (red flag). so i just cancalled the appointment then and there. also i asked for a refund on my services ($318.00). so it was put in for a refund then. i was told it might take up to 3 months. i never seen anything in the mail. so i went back in march of 2023. I was told to wait on the office mgr. ( *****) i waited over a hour only for her to come and offered to do the service that day. i told her i ******** wanted the services as i stated before. she got mad and walked offsnd just left me standing there. i was giving there number to there main office (mainstreet dental) and was told he has a stack of refunds to go thought. I just need my payment. not excuses. so now as of 04/06/23 i still have no money to continue my treatment elsewhere.
