    June 30, 2024 Was told after the stairlift was install and not working that there are no refunds would like to get this resolved per letter and pictures attached.Thank you,

    Hello, 

    Please find our response attached. Our mission is to help people with mobility challenges to age in place, or thrive in assisted living, and to help veterans receive the support they deserve by working as a vendor for the ***** of ********* Affairs. Additionally, we strive to help those living with chronic degenerative diseases to safely gain or maintain as much independence as possible. We commit to operating with integrity and transparency at all times, and with every customer. 

    Although ********, and *****'s situation is unfortunate, and very frustrating for them, it does not warrant return or refund of the item. ******** paid the initial deposit for the lift, but then stopped payment on the check for the balance. As a result, they are now in possession of an item for which they have not completed payment, and which was clearly stated is non-refundable. In the state of ******* this constitutes theft. 

    We will move forward as stated in our demand letter from our attorney to collect all monies owed to us for the work performed.
