      On July 7, 2022, I purchased concert tickets listed as being in the *** section AND in the first 20 rows by the stage for ********. The sections with rows in the first 20 rows by the stage are A, B, C. The tickets I received are in section 21, row 9. I called the company for a refund and was told regardless of the section, row 9 is lower than row 20. The issue is: 1. Section 21 is not a *** section and 2. Row 9 in section 21 is clearly not within the first 20 rows BY THE ****** It is only within the first 20 rows of that section. The listing is clearly deceptive and false advertising. I want a full refund. The company's email address is listed as [email protected]. Thank you for your help.
