      *****, thank you for your email. After speaking to the branch manager on this, we have confirmed that you were charged for two separate services completed a month apart. We did the fire extinguishers in February 2024, and the kitchen suppression system in March 2024. Hope this helps. Please reach out to us at the branch for any additional information.

      Do not trust them to resolve control access issues! They charged us for services not rendered. We still do not have our issues with security doors and access points resolved, yet ****** made us responsible for the $695 invoice...for nothing! He said he was too busy to come help us resolve our issue, and that we may be dishonest about saying that our system worked in the first place! Their parent company Mountain Alarm/Kenco Security set up a nice system four years ago, and it worked...up until **************** time in November, and ****** says it is no fault of theirs that the system suddenly does not work, after four years! He said we may need new equipment, and I asked for a quote, but he said he was too busy to give us a quote. I would give this business a "0" if I could! They are unprofessional and dishonest.

      Not reliable company, they just came and change the tag without services the extinguishers and grab money from the people , I advise not to call them , they come to your place without calling them too , so please don't allow them in your property.

      Erroneous charges, dispatch and compliance, $65.00.Service charge and call fee, $45.00 ( we did not call them, they just showed up)Called them and after several attempts finally talked to *****, she had no idea what the charges are all about.Never again. Stay away from this company.

      I used *** ****** for my business for two years with minimal issues and then in December 2021 the system they installed stopped working. It took them 10 months to solve the problem during which time we had no working fire alarm system. *** ****** handled the entire situation so unprofessionally it was pretty hard to believe. And when I attempted to talk with someone higher up in the company I was completely railroaded, and they were just not going to allow me to talk about my business's situation with anyone except the workers that had been failing at helping me up to that point. *** ****** made me spend thousands of dollars on phone lines I never even needed and then attempted to charge me (for an entire new system) 6 months before they even completed the job. I recently found another company to use and I am so less stressed to not have to deal with *** ****** ever again. One star.
