      On 4/1 I requested a refund for a preorder of Dark Providence (order placed 12/17/23) and Death May Die: Forbidden Reaches (placed 12/3/24). Luthien reached back out to me stating the terms of the refund, and I confirmed them on 4/6. I was informed there would be a three week processing time, which has now elapsed.The ticket for the refunds was closed on 4/28 without me receiving my money back. I have requested an update, and now CMON is changing the terms of the refund they have not fulfilled and claiming another 3-6 weeks for processing. Instead of finalizing the original refund, they have cancelled it, started a new refund process, and are keeping more of my money.The amount referenced in this complaint is the original amount for the Dark Providence pre-order minus 17.5% and the pledge amount for Forbidden Reaches minus 10% as specified by Luthien on 4/6. I did not include shipping on Forbidden Reaches ($16.69) in this complaint as that is the only part of the refund I have received to ******* be fully clear, I am looking for a refund amount of $160.80 for the two referenced orders. Shipping on Forbidden Reaches has already been refunded, but not the pledge. I have seen no money from Dark Providence.

      During Q4 2023, Company received payments for the Pre-Order of Product:Dark Providence + Exclusive C:DMD Agents,Updates on estimation of Product shipping date are expected to be provided at the url:********************************************************** This site has not been updated in over a year, and shows an expected date that is in the past. Despite requests, the first initiated 2 months ago, the company refuses to update the estimated shipping date. This is not a request for money or immediate delivery of product, but a simple update to the estimated date.Others have also complained about the company's practices. Example: "...CMON pre-orders are among the worst experience a purchaser of a product could hope to have. I hate that CMON treats them with such distain..."

      I spent ****** including shipping for a game on a crowdfunding platform. So far my $100.54 in shipping has not delivered my order from this company. Meanwhile I could order all items from other sellers in August and would have received them all by now. I would like my shipping $100.54 refunded since others and other retail locations have received their order in a more timely manner than i have

      Product was purchased through a crowdfunding campaign, $100 spent. Much if the product is part of a single print run and cannot be replaced due to no more copies existing. Product was shipped via ****** who delivered on 07/07/2024 to the wrong address (a secure building I cannot access, it was left in a common area inside the building and was presumably taken by a resident of the building). A claim was filed with ***** for the value of the missing merchandise, but in order to proceed with the claim, the shipper must provide a waiver stating that they will not also be filing a similar claim. I have requested this shipper waiver twice and so far received two responses, both refusing to provide the waiver and stating that the "only thing [they] can do" is to ask ***** to pick up the package and deliver to the correct place instead, which they have been repeatedly informed will not help as the package is already gone.As the fault is with ***** and not CMON, I do not seek a refund from the seller, or a replacement of the missing product, or assistance recovering the missing product as that is a lost cause at this point. All I want from CMON is to provide the shipper waiver I asked for so that ***** can proceed with the claim and correct the issue on their end.

      In 2022, the business had a Kickstarter campaign for a board game, Marvel Zombies. It cost well over $500 to obtain everything and have it shipped. In October 2023, I received one of what was supposed to be two packages to conclude my order. I tried contacting the company shortly after and was told to wait as shipping had not concluded. A few months later, around December 2023, they put out the message shipping for my region is done and if anything is missing, contact them. So finally now they look into it. After several emails, with sizable delays before getting a response, ** told the box never left the warehouse. Then ** told the courier is looking for it. Finally, January 2024, Im told they know its lost, and theyre waiting on the courier to send out a replacement of the rest of my order. I havent received a new tracking number or notice that anything is shipped in about a month now. I was offered a refund (minus shipping cost) which I initially turned down. Now, I figure I would rather take it than continue dealing with them. (But honestly I want refunds on their other pending projects, too.) Basically, I just wanted my product delivered which it seems the world who ordered got and I was unlucky to have the lost box which their courier is dragging their feet in replacing.

      On 16/01/2021 I confirmed my order on Kickstarter regarding a boardgame designed by CMON. The orders total amount of money was $428.99. The business commited to provide a board game consisted of several boxes, one main game and the rest expansions to it. The game is consisted, among others, of several plastic miniatures. The dispute has to do with the fact that after seeral months, when I received the game in 2 different shipments, one miniature in each shipment was damaged. Unfortunatelly the parts damaged were not present in the boxes otherwise I wouldnt have bothered complaining, I would just glue them.I opened a support ticket on CMON's support website on February 25, 2022, 2 days approximatelly after I received the shipment and another ticket on 12 of April 2022 when I received the second shipment. I included photos of the damaged items and at no point did the company dispute the damage to the items. On the contrary, they responded (after several several messages and several months) that the damaged miniatures will be shipped after the shipments for the base game were completed worldwide. Realizing its a logistics nightmare I decided to wait more but it is now November 2022 and all I receive about the issue are some automated email which repeat the phrase "Thank you for your patience. We are currently still working on a solution for you. As soon as we have the information available to you we will respond to this ticket.".I also received a different email on August 2, 2022 saying "Thank you for reaching out to us and I apologize for the late reply on behalf of the customer service representatives that were assisting you, as they are no longer with the company. We would like to let you know that we are compiling and sending out the replacements. Please keep in mind there are still issues with Covid-19 in ***** which may cause delays. Replacements will be pre-packaged in ***** and then shipped to your regional hub by the container. You will be contacted with

      Paid for shipping and a pre-order. Was told item was delivered but was not. Contacted CMON and was offered cost minus shipping. Told them I paid 20 bucks for shipping on a 70 dollar order so was unacceptable. They said they would look into it for about 5 months before I finally asked for a status and path forward where I received the dame offer. I told them it was unacceptable still after 5 months and they have not replied further to emails. At this point I want a full refund (minimum) and people to know how I was treated by this company.
