    July 20 2023 I ordered a range hood from Warnke & Co for $1950.00 it was supposed to have a 3-4 week lead time, when that time came and passed I assumed they were running behind and started reaching out at week 7 & 8 despite being super responsive during ordering they have never answered my emails, calls or texts. Product was never received and they just disappeared with the money.

    Purchased a custom hood for a client on 8/21/23 for $1925. Now cannot reach anyone within the business for an update as to delivery date. The website is down, the phone number does not lead to anyone in the business. I suspect the business has gone under. There are multiple people claiming the same issue on the ******** page and on BBB in the past couple of months.

    We Ordered a custom made range hood **ver and vent from warnke and ** (from their website) on June 20th for $1750.00. Paid by dis**ver card on that date. Was promised a deliver by late July. Didn't hear anything. Started reaching out to the **mpany in August to see what is going on. After multiple attempts they finally responded and said the hood was built and would be shipping shortly on August 14th. We have never received the hood or any tracking information. Have tried to call, email, ******** message, ****** message and have not received any response. Their phone goes to a voice mail and they have never responded to any messages we've sent. We have looked at their ******** and ****** reviews recently and it seems that they are doing this to other customers as well. ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* *******************************************************************

    I ordered an oven hood in June which was supposed to ship within ***** days per the company website. I contacted the company several times for updates. The item has been paid for in full (*******). I was advised it would ship in July and then was advised it was delayed in August. I have contacted the company again and the website has been taken down and I have gotten no response. I would like to get a refund and cancel my order. I have gone on their ******** page and other customers are complaining of being ghosted by this company.

    Purchased a hood vent from the company on Aug. 7th and they ran our credit card on Aug. 8th for over $1,600. It is a father son business and I had actually spoken to the son on the telephone about my order before ordering it. I, myself, work for a small, father son owned business, so I get how things can change suddenly and am worried that something might have happened to the business. The order is now past due by three weeks and I understand things happen with custom orders so in trying to reach out for two weeks now to get something of a timeline, I have received no call backs or email or chat (website option) messages back. I find that very odd based on previous experience with them and am wondering if they had closed their doors and I am now stuck with a $1,600 credit card charge, no product, and no way to finish the home that we are building.
