      Beware: this business is a SCAM. They take your money, and then don't offer a way for people to redeem their gift certificates. We received a gift from our parents for the **************** experience, and when we went to redeem the offer on their website, it said there were no dates available for us to book. We then tried calling them multiple times and we were put on hold for ~2 hours and never actually got ahold of a sales associate. I'm convinced that this is part of their "business" model - making it so hard for gift recipients to actually use their product that most people give up. This is fraudulent, deceptive, and should be investigated by the *************************** I'm also currently looking into filing legal action against them to get a full refund.

      I was gifted a $100 gift certificate for this company and have looked multiple times for things to do (in different states even while I was traveling) my options were a $50 pedicure which is outlandish or a $250 hot air balloon ride (which I cant afford the rest). Needless to say, the voucher expired a year later because I literally couldnt find anything to do. So Im out $100 of a gift from my wedding for an adventure to do. Horrible website. Nothing to choose from. And completely over priced. I wish whoever gifted this to me did the research beforehand and just gave a standard gift card!!!!

      Hi *****, I'm sorry you haven't found anything you want to do. We'd be happy to honor your voucher even though it's expired. We charge the same price as the vendor who offers the service, so if there is a spa that is local to you that offers a pedicure for less that is in either our network or Spafinders or Spa Weeks (there are over ****** of them) then we should be able to get you booked in. If you let me know you're location we can send you options.

      What a terrible company. It's borderline a scam. I'm fact I'm not ruling out the possibility of this being a total scam. You can never get a hold of any customer service to actually redeem your voucher. Thus worthless. I have called daily for the past 26 days and sent at least 10 emails. Not a single response. 0 star business.

      I'm sorry that you've had such difficulty in reaching customer service. We, like many companies, downsized considerably during the pandemic and have since struggled to recruit as the business has returned. We've had a notice that you'd like to cancel your certificate through your points provider, which we've agreed to do. However, we would also like to send you your voucher by email for your appointment on Saturday so that you can enjoy it on us as an apology.

      They sell gift certificates to companies that are not affiliated with them. They over estimate the value of their gift certificates. Its next to impossible to get someone on the phone. Dont buy from these people.
