    I had a great first interaction while they wanted our business however once installed the communication died down. We agreed on one thing, they messed it up and gave me options for me to pay to have it corrected. So now I am paying for something that was put in the wrong area, but I could pay extra to have what we originally discussed. The best part is when I expressed frustration, I never got a response, and the owner was cc'd on the email. I would not/will not recommend them to anyone. They are professional and responsive until you need something or follow up.

    First and foremost, were disappointed by the misunderstanding that occurred  And sincerely apologize for the issue.

    At this time, the issue has been fully resolved. An installation location was incorrectly selected for a downspout extension.  Before this complaint was issued, we issued a full credit for the work performed.  Unfortunately, the customer did not realize the credit was included in the invoice.

    Since the complaint, we reconvened with the customer and was hired to perform additional work, to the complete satisfaction of the customer.  Again, we are disappointed by the misunderstanding, but happy we were able to deliver the desired result.  

    We will always stand behind our high quality products and services.
