    The hair stylist did not cut my wig like it should have been cut. When I said I didnt like it. He said take it home and style it anyway you want. Then ask him to clean old wig he said to come back in 2 days to pick it up. This place cant even clean a wig let alone custom make a wig.

    Im sorry you completely werent happy with your service  We try very hard to please everyone eventhough everyone cant be pleased.

    We understand you did not like the haircut but did like the wig we provided,and we have offered to replace the wig so you could have someone else of your choosing cut it.

       As for two days to clean a wig, thats actually very reasonable. We set these times based on the daily scheduels we have at the time. The wig you wanted wash containes synthetic fibers. We do not use heat on those types of products and we also over allow time for servicing so that they can air dry properly before styling.
