    6/7/2022 Accepted estimate to remodel kitchen. After many delays asked for refund on Dec 8. We made the three payments as est. (attached) on time. She decided that the cabinets were not high enough quality and ordered new ones. The estimated cost $15;321.05 increased to $17,877.13. At that point we begin to receive one excuse after another and for months with no results so we asked for a refund. She promised that she would give it to ** by January now in May she has shut off her phone. She promised to mail it, but no result.

    I believe you have the wrong company. BC Homes, Inc. does not know this person and only does business in North ******* counties.

    I have over 50 texts back and forth with ************************* and receipts from this number. 
    **************. She has continued to promise our refund until she said that she would finally mail it. The she shut off her phone as now it turns green as a text not blue as IPhone and is not receiving calls. This tel number is the same since June and the estimate that I sent.
