      On 5/4, I was denied insurance coverage due to an error reported by Choice Point dba ***** Nexis. Attempts to correct the information have been unsuccessful. The error is a result of merging the prior homeowners Insurance claim information with mine.I purchased my current home 6/2024. Choice point is reporting a claim in 2021 as being filed by me. Three years before I owned the home. This error has resulted in higher premiums and denial of insurance.

      LexisNexis Risk Solutions **** takes complaints from consumers extremely seriously and we have a robust process in place for resolving such matters, including a Legal review of all responses and handling by our Operations Escalated Response Team. 

      For Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaints, we continue to use a generic response for posting on the BBB website and a mail a more fulsome response to the consumer.? We have taken this approach to safeguard consumer-specific data; the BBB has confirmed that this is the better approach. 

      If the consumer does not agree with the BBB website response he or she can then reject the case on the BBB website; however, it keeps the consumers data safe.?? 

      And to reiterate, a separate letter is sent to the consumer with the specific details of the resolution via mail.

      Based on my experience I can state that this Center sends misinformation to some insurances and ignores demands of customers to explain the source of such deliberate disinformation, As a scientist I can assume that such strategy can help some insurances at the expense of others.Many years my car was insured by *****, But this year when an agent asked my credit card information the company system refused to process it and I was explained that I should contact *************************** After I did that, I have received a letter (consumer number ****** case #*******) stating that to access your LexisNexis Consumer Disclosure Report, please use the one time URL which will expire in 30 days *********************. Lexisnexis.com/files/YCOSM14 (the ***** ********. However, this PIN was rejected by the system. Several times I contacted the Center in writing asking to send me the Report by mail or email. This organization ignored my letters. I am a world known scientist. I cannot have and problems with credit. I have never violated rules driving my cars. The whole situation with the Report is suspicions. That is why I shred my suspicious above. As a result of the Report, which contents was unavailable, I list several hundred on my car insurance.I contacted the Attorney General of ******* ***************** asking to consider my complaint. However, after about 2 months waiting. I received a letter advising to contact your organization.

      Instead of sending me at least  a copy of my case  which they indicatedin their letter of May 03, 2023  this dishonest organization asked me to send them documents  supporting my identity, This is one more trick.It looks like it proves my assumption how this team of lawyers makes money . As the first step they should send me what I should have received based on their May 03, 2023 letter. 
      Please, force them to do that.

      I am rejecting this response because: *********** and company deliberayely mislead the BBB . They are selling unreliable information that hurt customers who are forced to pay more for insurance and refuse to correct  false records. Each time that demand customers to send information which the Center has ( driving license, SSN, etc,) . Instead of  providing a copy of material  they sent to a company which I indicated they sent me, after your help, three Reports (160 pages records, which they refused to send from May 7,2023). Full mismanagement. They indicated a collision accident, when there was no any collision and was simply an act of vandalism ***. It was their obligation to contact the indicated company and correct their mistake.

      But they  want me to fill a form on their website. I filled several forms in May . But there was no reaction.This is all a cheap game of  this team of lawyers that make money by selling fradulent information. Moreover, as a world known scientist I can assure you that their scheme can be used to hurt certain insurances and help other ones.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      ************ writes polite responses as if it tries to resilve a simple problem - correct a false statement that I had a collision accident. This have never happened. There was an act of vandalism related to my car  but they didn't put ***. ************ sells unreliable information without any desire to correst it. Please, read the attached file to see how many time I spent dealing with it. And all- in vain.  They make money by fraud and many persons pay higher insurances  because of that.  ************ send you false and empty statements.
