    This company is designed to warn you of emergencies in the area. Once I signed up I specifically asked for it to be by text message only. They have been calling at all hours of the night. I blocked the original phone number for calls and they switched to a different one as seen in screen shot. I NEVER opted in for phone calls and there is no option to opt out once registered. I logged in to delete my account completely, with that being the case and that too is not an option. It's borderline harassment at this point. Calling at 12:33 a.m. and 6:09 a.m. is ridiculous. I also find it odd that because their calls are blocked they forced it through to a new phone number. I am concerned about what this company is doing with my information as well that they make it so difficult to remove your account. I am begging you to please look into this. The resolution I would like is an email with a screen shot showing my account and information has been removed from their system with both you, the better business bureau, and myself attached. Something seems fishy about the company. Thank you in advance for your help.
