I am ******************************************************** July of ***************** with communicating with the insurance company concerning weather damage to my home. They have received 3 checks and didn't inform me when they received them My home is still damaged and needs repair.

    Business Response

    Date: 08/12/2024

We at Precision Claim Consultants take our commitment to assisting our clients very seriously, and we regret any inconvenience ******************* has experienced during this process.

We have been in consistent communication with ********************* regarding her insurance claim and have worked diligently to ensure that she receives the funds necessary to repair her home. Unfortunately, the process has been prolonged due to challenges with State Farm, which has been resistant in fully paying out the claim in a timely manner.

To clarify, we have received multiple checks from State Farm on Miss ******** behalf. Each time a check was received, we promptly informed her and ensured that the funds were sent to her. There was an instance where a check was lost in the mail, which caused further delays. However, as soon as this issue was identified, we contacted *********************, and a new check was mailed to her immediately.

We understand the importance of repairing her home, especially given her responsibilities in caring for her disabled daughter. We want to reassure ********************* that we are here to support her throughout the entire process. If she requires any further assistance or has any concerns, we encourage her to reach out to us directly.

We remain committed to resolving this matter and ensuring that ********************* home is repaired as soon as possible.

    Sincerely,
    *********************

In December 2023, *********************, *** of Precision Claim Consultants contacted me about assisting in getting a new roof for my home. He talked to my insurance agents, the insurance company, Chubb, and their adjuster and secured the commitment to replace my roof. He then used his own roofing concern to do the work for which ***** paid him approximately $100,000. *************** broke the law in operating both as an insurance adjuster and also the *** of the roofing company. Like all roofing contractors, **************** hired subs with whom he works on a regular basis, to repair my roof. While doing the work, *************** suggested that there were other damages to the roof that would not be covered in the roof replacement and he suggested I pay him approximately $13,000 for those repairs, which I did. That work was completed in early March. *************** used three of the same sub contracting team for the second fix as he did for the roof installation. A couple of weeks after the work was completed, one of his contractors showed up at my house and was about to get on the roof when my Son stopped him to ask what he was doing. The Hispanic gentleman asked my son "do you remember me" and my son acknowledged that he recognized him from the work he had done on the roof with ****** previously. The Hispanic gentleman told my son that he had accidentally left something on my roof and wanted to retrieve it. My son said OK.While on my roof, the gentleman slit shingles in eight different areas completely ruining the roof. Two days later it rained and water entered my home at 17 different places. My son and I told the local police exactly what happened and my son described the man who got on our roof explicitly. I had taken a picture of ******** team and a man of that exact same description was in the picture working for ******. Cost to repair my home will be well over $150.000 and **************** takes no responsibility whatsoever for the action of his sub contractors employee.

    Business Response

    Date: 05/28/2024

We have been in communication with ************** and have offered several options for addressing the damage caused by his son allowing an unauthorized individual to access the roof. Precision cannot control the actions of others once the work is completed. If you permitted someone to climb onto your roof, six months after the work was done, to retrieve a tool, the responsibility lies with you and your son.  The individual your son let on your roof has no affiliation with our company. You even said your son saw him get on two other roofs on your street. We find it odd that you still think that person has anything to do with our company.

We dispatched the roofing contractor who originally installed your roof to tarp it, and he discovered that the roof had been vandalized. Again, we have no control over the roof once work is finished, and we assume no liability for any damage caused by an unauthorized person your son allowed onto the roof. A team of professionals installed your roof with the highest standards of excellence.

We are unsure of your intentions in making these false claims online, but we wish you the best in resolving your issues. If these defamatory statements continue, we will involve our legal counsel to protect our reputation.

During February, we found out that this business had been stealing money from their customers. They receive the money from State Farm and keep all of it and never give their customers anything. We need to cancel the power of attorney we gave to them to help handle our case with State Farm. We need them to be released from all responsibility for our State Farm case.

    Business Response

    Date: 04/16/2024

There is no merit to this complaint, this customer has been trying to get us to cancel our contract after we obtained the approval for her claim against Statefarm.

Our fee is due and we will not cancel our agreement until our fee is paid.

On 4/14/23 I signed an agreement with Precision, on a contingency basis, to collect additional insurance reimbursement for hail damage to my rental property (attachment 1). I had already received a payment from my insurance company for $15,610 without using their services. Our agreement (highlighted on Attachment 1) , and confirmed in email (see attachment 2) was that they would receive 15% of any ADDITONAL amount they collected on my behalf. After almost 9 months, they collected an additional $3,932.36 and they are now claiming that they should collect 15% of the ***** amount I received from the insurance company leaving me with only $734.99 (Attachment 3). My resolution to this is that they pay me 85% of the $3,932.38 = $3,342,52.

    Business Response

    Date: 02/10/2024

As outlined in the email explanation, Precision would be billing on the full claim, but would not bill on the checks already deposited at the moment. Precision would only bill on future checks once the total claim exceeded the initial offer from the insurance company, which Precision was ultimately successful in doing. This was explained so that Precision would not be immediately due fees upon starting work since ****************** had already cashed insurance checks. The claim was hindered because there was work that should have been completed due to building code compliance (covering the existing slat board decking with sheathing) that was not done, that complicated Precisions ability to seek additional funds on ********************** claim.

On August 2022, Precision and I decided not to work with each other due to them not doing their job, and they wanted me to sue ********* and I didn't think suing them was the right thing to do. So, ******* stated they would remove themself from my account and informed Allstate about the change. After that conservation, I sent Allstate an email advising them that Precision and I are not working with each other, and they will also send in their documents stating something. Before us not working with each other, Allstate sent Precision rand to check for $738.00. ******* advised me they would be mailed the check to me due to the agent ****'s unethical work on my claim. On November 2022, I hired ********************* at Southern Public Adjusting. Allstate has been in commutation with them since November of last year. In March 2023, Allstate and ********************* settled my account for $10933.33. But **** never received the check due to Allstate mailed the check to Precision. I called both Allstate and Precision to inform them about the error.Precision said they sent the error and would mail the check to my address. Once I received the check, money was deducted from the original amount. **** and his assistant called the company and spoke with the accounting, and they stated they took the funds out because they had been working on my account for six months, which is a lie. I have an email correspondence between the company, me, and their roofing guy, proving we were not working together, and the email I sent to Allstate. Allstate did confirm that the only person they have seen on my account was *********************. I want to refund my money, and you all look into the license because this is fraud. This company has taking my money

Precision has upheld their end of the contract with the insured and only billed our fee for the money Precision got awarded. Allstate would never send Precision Claim Consultants money that wasnt part of the claim Precision handled. Precision operates in good faith and would never bill a client on money that we didnt earn. We have an entire file built out for this insured and hope that the insured will retract these false statements.

I am rejecting this response because:
You all haven't worked on my account and we both decided not to work with each on July 22, 2022. I have been in contract with Dogwood **, who Allstate has been working with. I have a document that I am uploading now that shows, Allstate, asked you all to send the money back to me due to an error. You all took out money that doesn't belong to you.
    Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: you are a complete liar, *******. Advise me that you all will let me go without any fees. That was July 2022. Your agent said in the email I submitted he has not worked with me since July 2022. You all sent me money back for $798.00 without any fees. I hired a new PA IN OCT2022 and that who Allstate with a signature document by me. I never received a contact from you all. But you all sent a document that showed my signature and I never signed anything by you all *now I time to get a lawyer involved because I have all audio and document to prove my case.

    Sincerely,

We entered into a contract with Precision Claim Consultants on June 1, 2022. We had a flood to our home that damaged the entire main floor. The agreement was they would make sure that the insurance carrier would carry out their agreements per our policy in the event we didn't understand some of the legal language. In signing the contract with them, Precision would act as a ***** of ******** on our behalf and collect fifteen percent of all cost of repairs to our severely damaged home. Precision's adjusters used our contractor's estimate as his own and fluffed the prices to gain the fifteen percent. ********************* is aware of this practice so they denied paying for the adjuster's fees. We were fine with that accept that the adjuster never did anything for us and was totally unresponsive. We never received calls unless we called no less than five times to check on status of when we could have contractor begin work. Contractors do not begin work until they have guaranteed monies from the insurance company. They could not figure out how to include their remaining fees within the contractor's price so they just left us hanging. We've now been out of our home for 7 1/2 months. We've slept on blow up mattresses upstairs as long as we could and now we're back in the hotel but we want to be back in our home. All we need is a letter of dissolution from Precision so that our insurance company can disperse the checks to us in our name so that we can pay the contractor to rebuild our home. We have called the owner of the company ********************* numerous times but without any response. I'm looking to retain a contract lawyer to help us dissolve this contract with a very dishonest company that takes advantage of people who are unaware that they really don't need a public adjuster, especially if you have a reputable insurance company. It's all about what you don't know. We truly regret we ever entered into such an agreement with such a dishonest business.

We signed a contract with this client to handle their water loss claim. We doubled the **** settlement offer from $20K to over $40K. We've paid all the money to the client and have only billed our fee that we earned based on our contract.

We also sent this client a full release from their contract. Precision went above and beyond helping this client.

I am rejecting this response because:
The response is inaccurate and simply not true. The first  I only received the letter of dissolution after 6 months or more of calling the office and after my former case handler had resigned.  If going above and beyond entails being totally nonresponsive for 6 months then yes because they really went above and beyond with ignoring certified letters and numerous phone calls
    Sincerely,

*******************, Im sorry you are not accepting of our response. We have done our best to make sure you were taken care of with your claim. As mentioned in our previous response, we got your claim paid out over $40,000 and helped you through the entire process like we do for all of our customers. You have been released from your contract and all money has been paid to you. Im not sure what more to say, we have tried our best to help you. I hope you have a nice day. We are always here if you need us in the future.

The company was forged my signature on documents as well as other customers from USAA. They company also had a third party company take money out of the money that was sent to them by USAA stated that the money was for services rendered and no services was rendered. USAA paid the company in February and they didnt attempt not once to do the job. Ive just received a payment from the company on July 26 for **** less than what they were paid.

Precision was hired by this client to represent them after a hail storm damaged their roof.

Precision called the claim in, met the insurance adjuster on-site, provided a roof replacement cost estimate to the insurance carrier and got the insurance carrier to pay for a full roof replacement.

Precision billed our fee based on the contract this client signed. At no time did Precision ever mislead or misrepresent the facts of the contract with this client. We have tried to reach out to this client on multiple occasions but they refuse to talk with us. We are unsure why this client decided to write a complaint against Precision, because we did everything that was agreed to in our contract with this client.

we hope this client is well and we wish the best for them. We are in business to serve our clients with excellence and we strive to always leave our clients in a better position after we handle their insurance claim.

The most non-transparent, non-communitive company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. A claim check was mailed to them on July 1 from *********** *** in settlement of a "hail damage" claim. I have tried on numerous times to find out what is going on and to date, no reply.

We were hired by this client to help him after a hail storm damaged his home. The insurance company paid for a partial roof repair and the insured didn't want to pursue the claim any further. So Precision sent the client a letter of release in July 2022. We are unsure why this client filed a complaint against Precision. Precision went above and beyond and helped this client with the entire claim process. We also keep the client in constant communication with status updates.
