    I had an extremely frustrating experience with this service provider. Here are the reasons why I would not recommend their services:The course access was promised for a "full year," but there was no clear communication regarding the termination of this access. This ambiguity feels deceptive, especially when personal emergencies arise, such as the medical issue I faced, which prevented me from completing the course within the ******* attempts to reach out for clarification or help were met with silence. There was no response via phone or web form, which is unacceptable for any service-oriented business. This lack of communication only escalated the issue to the Better Business Bureau.There was no courtesy reminder about the impending end of the access period. Most subscription services send out notifications to ensure customers are aware and can make informed decisions about renewals. This oversight shows a lack of care for customer satisfaction.Even with a genuine reason like a medical emergency, there was no flexibility offered regarding the access to the course content. The service failed to accommodate extenuating circumstances, which could have been addressed with a simple extension or pause of the subscription.Instead of addressing the core issue of my complaint, the response was laden with attempts to sell additional services. This approach not only felt dismissive of my concerns but also indicated a focus on profit over customer service.Despite their mention of guarantees, the response did not address the money-back aspect, which was part of their promotional material. This omission suggests that their promises might not hold up when it comes to actual customer support.Find a better company to do business with.
