    Delivered wrong package with my invoice but the items are from another persons package, my package worth 25k rupees is missing and garudavega has been least helpful in resolving and refunding the amount. Very poor service and unprofessional staff.

    US customs is stopping all shipments from Garudavega as there is no *** attached. Gardudavega doesnt knw what is *** and how to fill it.Everyone should stop sending their shipment through Garudavega else it will be held by customs

    Garudavega picked up articles from my home in ********* and packed them into two boxes. These were new items (with invoice) being shipped for a function here. The **** 1Z63XV820428683620 , 1Z63XV820426428838. One of the parcels was lost at the *** hub. *** will not engage with me on the claim as *************** is the sender. They under invoiced the value of the goods (to save on costs) and now *** will only pay the lower amount. They have consistently under-invoiced goods despite my asking them to put full value. I have provided them an invoice of the articles that they picked up and i am being given the run around for over a month now.
