On August 27th, 2024, I redeemed $575.00 and they gave me $187.50. The remaining $387.50 is labeled as "delayed".I requested a multitude of ****** payments, totaling $575.00. So far, only 15 of 46 payments have been deposited into my ****** account. Although the transactions were emailed, I could not redeem most of the ******************************************* to a page that states "Your reward is delayed. Your reward needs to be reviewed by the sender".I contacted Points2shop support and they claimed they could not help me because "your Tremendous transaction is completed." According to the company that sent the ****** rewards for Points2shop, Tremendous, the sender needs to REVIEW and APPROVE the payment before I can receive the money. The transaction is clearly not "completed". "Your rewards are still under review by the reward sender (Points2shop/Cint). You will need to get in touch with the organization that sent your reward directly. The payment is not complete." "Aside from the rewards that have been completed under your email, the rewards that have not been sent to you are still under review by the reward sender, which means you do not have access to them until they either resend it to you or complete the review process."Tremendous support says "The payment is not complete". However, Points2shop support claims the "transaction is completed." It looks like they are trying to write a "bounced check". They do not want to review and approve the remaining $387.50. They are even refusing to acknowledge that the payment is delayed. Please send me my remaining $387.50!Business Response

I completed many surveys and was awarded two ************ numbers. The cards have a $25.00 value each,I have the card numbers, with an expiration date of 9/23 and code numbers provided by Points2Shop. I have contacted them many times trying to resolve the issue. I put in many hours completing their surveys and got worthless ************'s as payment. I have tried to use them at PAYPAL and Amazon as directed by points2shop with zero success. I feel that I have been scammed by this company. I was able to use one reward issued for Amazon, they sent me a reward code an it worked. I have asked them to send me Amazon cards and they never reply to inquiries about this issue. I've been using POINTS2SHOP the last 2-3 months & had no problems with them when i 1st signed up, but over the last month or so, they haven't been giving me the total amount advertised for completion of their *************************** happens alot! They'll advertise surveys supposedly worth $3-$4 & if i qualify & complete it, i'll see $.50 or less, at ************ complained to them a few ************* excuse is that although they let me into the survey, they sometimes redirect without the survey taker's knowledge to a different survey that *** or *** not be worth the original reward, if the 1 i was trying to do disqualified me sometime during the survey & this is supposed to help ****** avoid being disqualified & sent back to the dashboard so often. When i told them it should be my choice to decide if i want to particpate in a lower valued ***************************** should advise their takers of the situation before redirecting them, without their knowledge. If the site specifies a certain amount, that's what i want & that's why i decided to try to qualify for it in the 1st place. I've already advised them, if they continued to give me less credit than what's advertised that i was turning them into the BBB, which is why i'm coming to you today. Just a few minutes ago, on their site i elected to take a survey advertised as $1.12, but they only credited me $.50... Something needs to be done about them & by the looks of the other complaints about them on your site, they're repeat offenders & should be shut down, in my opinion.Business Response

We can certainly understand your frustration.A survey's payout can differ from another's. It can vary due to the client that created the survey, the length of the survey, complexity, requirements, etc. Unfortunately, you did not qualify to complete the survey that had the higher payment amount. It is ultimately up to the advertiser that created the survey as to the criteria required to fulfill their study.
Redirects do happen as our system is working to locate a survey that a member has a chance of qualifying to take. Typically, members will see a message along the lines of the survey was not a match, survey no longer available (a survey can close or be over quota since surveys are live), searching for a survey, etc.
We are sorry to hear you no longer wish to continue with us and we do hope in the future you change your mind. You can unsubscribe from the panel by either reaching out to a member of support via a support ticket so they can assist you further with your request or clicking the unsubscribe link provided in an emailed survey invitation.

I am rejecting this response because: Nothing noted in their response addresses the lack of transparancy about their survey offers, on the site itself. If they aren't guaranteeing the offer amount advertised, that wasn't made clear when i became a member. In my opinion, it's either false advertising or a blattant ripoff & they use the excuse of the research company's discression & redirects on as a guise to intenionally pay their users less than advertised.

I was doing surveys with Points2shop for over 3 months, and following the procedures (as far as I knew) correctly and after the 3 months they just decided to stop me from signing in, saying I was not abiding by the rules and denied me the $34.00 I had made after a few weeks of submitting surveys. They refused to answer my email except to tell me they were not going to let me enter my account to retrieve the monies I had accrued. I had made that money 100% legally and had not broken any rules. I am not the only person who had this same issue with the sight not being paid after doing the work.Id like to receive the money I rightfully earned!!Business Response

I get a lot of surveys I complete thru your surveys that I complete , verify that the survey provided receives it , but Im never credited for the survey . Is there any relief.any way to remove my data from surveys and not get credit ? Im not asking for credit , but asking to remove my info from surveys Im not compensated for , after being offered compensation by your surveys for taking it .
