I have used this company several times in the past and experienced few problems. Overall I have been complimentary about the movers, until this recent move in September of 2024. The movers themselves did a good and careful job. The problem was with the pads they used to wrap the furniture. I have a ****** sectional sofa in cream color from Arhaus that I paid over $5000 approx 3 years ago. The sofa was wrapped in what the movers later described as new moving pads. They were blue in color and when the movers removed the blankets, the sofa had large blue blotches of stained spotted color. The mover immediately took photos and sent it to the company, assuring me they would "take care of it". After approximately 2 week wait with me phoning regularly for follow up, their first step was to send a cleaning vendor to address the spots. Sadly the dye remained on the sofa despite their efforts. I keep a file and had the original invoice of the sofa which it was requested that I send to them. Of couse I assumed they would give me a reasonable replacement amount. After another couple of weeks with me having to numerous follow up calls to check the status of their "thorough review" I was sent an email informing me their budget of $425 of which $290 was used to attempt stain removal, left them a balance of $135 @ .60 a pound. My compensation for my $5000 sofa from this unethical company is $135.00. I had not elected additional insurance was their logic. Why would I purchase additional insurance when previous moves were fine. This was not due to carelessness on the part of the movers. It was due to faulty products purchased by the company. Other than a bookkeeper who is negligible with follow up, no other higher positioned person has reached out to me regarding this matter.AND to add insult to injury their pathetically offered check of $135.00 which I intend not to cash, still has not been received. Nothing positive to say about franchise owner and office staff.Poor company

Two men and a truck are moving office furniture into a business at *************************************************** today 9-22-23. They blocked all the handicap parking for almost 2 hours. When asked to move the trucks, the employees got beligerant and wouldnt move the trucks. They dared me to call the cops. I did and ********** Sheriff finally came out and moved them. This is a terrible representation of their company , Two Men and a Truck. Many elderly people had to park far away since their were no handicap spaces available due to the trucks blocking. them.

Hi *****, it sounds like you may be misinformed as that is not what happened. When our crews were asked to move the truck they said they would in 5 minutes as they were trying to move the last few items. Our men said they were cussed at and spoken to rudely over this ordeal. The police never came. When we received a call to our office, we called our crews and asked them to move the trucks. Our customers are paying hourly so we try to be as efficient as possible for them. Sometimes the access and parking can get tricky. We apologize if you were inconvenienced during the move.

I've used Two Men and a Truck for several moves. This by far has been the worst experience of them all. Several of my items were damaged during transit. The lead mover only notified me that one item had been damaged. He showed me a decorative handle that they broke during my move. I discovered the remaining damages after the movers left. My media center leg was broken, and my 50 inch television screen was cracked. Said television is beyond repair. They even assembled my bed incorrectly. Although I carry insurance on my items, it was important for me to leave a review on the damage done to my property during a short distance move. The level of care for my items was not a priority which is so very unfortunate.

Movers were on time and worked promptly. 2 brand new piece of furniture that were only 5 weeks (payments being made) old got damaged. The local franchise in ********** area does not want to claim responsibility and wants only to pay $.60 per pound. Very unprofessional. So it doesn't matter the value, they just want to pay a per pound rate. They sculls have just thrown it on the truck, because it's not cost to them.

Hi *******. Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the damage on your move. The 3 addendum choices for local moves are required and regulated by the state- it is not something we have control over. You selected option 1 which equates to $0.60 per pound per article. We also received an estimate for repair from a qualified contractor and offered to deduct the reimbursement for the $0.60 per pound from the estimate. Since you did not want to proceed with the repair, a check has been issued.
