      On December 2nd I went to visit Dr ****** ********* pertaining to a second degree burn I have asked on several occasions for my findings to be emailed to me to no avail does anyone in the office or ******** respond to my emails her email is ********************************** I am requesting that someone from corporate office give me a call as soon as possible thank you

      Regarding your request for medical records, as previously discussed with your attorney, they are aware of the process involved in obtaining and submitting medical records. Please note that this process can take some time, as we need to ensure that all physician notes are finalized, and that the billing department has posted all charges and payments.
      Since your first visit was in December 2024, and considering the recent holiday period, this process may take longer than usual. However, please be assured that we are diligently working to complete the necessary paperwork. Once everything is finalized, we will promptly submit the records to your attorney.
      Our office has been in contact with both your attorney and you regarding this matter through phone calls and emails.
