    Had a sewer problem. Called RotoRooter as we had them do a small repair once before. This time they must have thought they needed to try to scam me. They told me the line had collapsed - ok. That's fine. Replace it. The estimate was $23,000.00. TWENTY-THREE THOUSAND. WITH the veteran's discount. It is being done today by a different local plumber for $3,000.00. Do you people think I was born yesterday? This other outfit is doing it for around 1/8 of your quoted price. If you don't want the job, don't take the job. But do not insult my intelligence. Oh - they were very quick to offer me credit to pay for the job though. Really? Not to mention that they charged me $460 to give me the estimate and shoot a camera down the sewer line.

    We have had a sewer line problem since yesterday. We had a plumber come out this morning and he could do nothing because his equiptment was not long enough to reach the roots that were clogging the sewer line. We called another company and they said they were not equipted to go past 100 feet either. We called Roto-Rooter. A young man came he had a hard time but did not give up until the line was working. This Young man has a very good work ethic. His name is *******, We are very pleased with him and the work he did! We recommend him and Roto-Rooter highly we give them both a five star rating! *************************** *****************************************************************. ***** 7-28-2023
