    This company we feel has misrepresented themselves from start to finish. We experienced so many technical difficulties/customer service with this product and POS provider. Billed random amounts from our account. Finally at the end of August ************************************************************************************************************* us having to pay our employees out of pocket for tips that did not register and product failure. The gift cards didn't work and would not provide customers with their balance. Numerous customer service tickets were always "opened' with no resolution or months before a response/acknowledgement. We canceled our subscription end of August 2023 unable to move forward. We were provided with company issued ***** return labels to return hardware which we did promptly and I have the confirmation receipts from *****. For months after they continued to call claiming we did not return the equipment after I sent proof of return numerous times they also demanded we pay and Early Termination Fee of a random unexplained amount. Then without warning they sent us to a third party collection agency demanding $2,965.00 with no explanation. When I asked numerous times to speak to someone in billing they said "It's not possible" you can only correspond via the customer support email to which I was ignored for months. Meanwhile having sent us to collections they still auto paid themselves from our account $50/a month for 7 months for the gifts cards we had cancelled. This is outrageous and this company feels fraudulent. We would like our credit report restored and this collections claim dropped and to never receive any further communication from them as the time wasted, money lost and stress sustained has really taken a toll on our small business. Please note NCR is broken into many different factions in dealing with this crisis-ncr voyix is also part of the dispute.
