    Re:************** Apts. I have lived there since2016 and Crown Bay took over in 2021. I have had 2 dispossessions filed against me which was fraudulent, and staff changes all the time.HUD inspector gave them a list of repairs in 2021 that didn't get repaired and my apartment went into abatement. From January2022, repairs have not been made, lived with mold for over 6 months and repairs that were requested still had not been made. Also every month I get a late payment notice, but my portion through housing is paid on time, they charge late fees on the tenant when they don't understand the payment system. My case manager has been out almost every month to resolve issues and they are never the same. They never address anything definitively from one month to the next, or address the murders in the complex either. It was a very decent place before the hey took over, now not so much. They really need to have staff that really knows how to handle clients ledgers when dealing with *******, then it wouldn't be such a mess.
