      I lived on the property back May 2012. They have attached a bad report on my credit report as of 2017. I lived in ************* ** in 2017. This property was sold during this time, and its not fair that previous owners were careless with their record keeping!

      Good Morning, I have lived in rental property "****************" Apartment #*** since the start of this year and I pay a monthly payment of $1,006 to live here. My complaint is against the property management team with inclusion of the maintenance team for gross incompetence in regards to fixing my A/C & Heating system which is their responsibility. I have attached screenshots of the correspondent message's proving my numerous requests to the management team to fix my A/C system using their internal maintenance request system , These requests date back to February of this year. Whatever remedies the maintenance team has made to my A/C system has either not worked or worked temporarily. I have not had a fully functional A/C system for some months now and it has culminated in not having any source of heating during this current severe weather Georgia has just went through starting Saturday, 12/23/2022. With a record low of 8 degrees outside I did not have any heat this past holiday weekend. I called the number provided for the maintenance emergency team several times from when my heat stopped working late Friday night/early Saturday morning and received no response whatsoever. This culminated with the fact that getting my A/C fixed has been an ongoing struggle is now unacceptable and I need a higher authority involved. Informing the BBB is my first step as I also plan to seek legal aid in this matter. I seek the compensation in the form of my rent bill being adjusted for fulfilling my end of my lease contract and this company not fulfilling theirs. I also seek this A/C system to be fixed by a competent 3rd party professional as the maintenance team has proved insufficient.

      The landlord doesn't do repairs in a timely manner. The breezeway lights that lead to the apartments have been out since 6-13-2022 and they still have not been repaired. My toilet has not been working properly for weeks and they are dragging their feet with the repair. I have also submitted to them some work orders for a hole in my bathroom wall that the maintenance guy put there and a work order for my kitchen sink to be repaired. NONE of the repairs that I have called, emailed, AND come in person about have been completed. The office staff is very unorganized and unprofessional. I even spoke with the regionals who assured me that they would get my repairs completed. That never happened and at this point, I am FED UP. I will be taking all legal necessary steps to seek compensation for damages and mental anguish.

We have had some trouble acquiring and keeping ********************* persons on staff. I was assured by Management that all issues inside of your unit have been either completed or near completion and I can assure you that I will follow up with our team to guarantee they will be resolved as soon as possible. Regarding your hallway lights, *************** has had some trouble finding qualified and credentialed electricians in your area to complete the job, however I have been assured that we are working with a local electrician who will be out on the property to fix the lights at the beginning go the year. I would like to thank you for your continued patience while we have been working to resolve these issues.       I moved my daughter into ********************* in **********, ** on June 16, 2022 which is a property managed by REMG. This apartment was supposed to be furnished with a washer and a dryer. It didn't have a working dryer when she moved in but they promised to get one. It has now been been over 2 months and despite contacting the front office at least 5 or 6 times and given promises that she will get a dryer very soon, she still doesn't have one. They did give her some monetary credit for the two months she hasn't had one but this issue should have been solved already! It is extremely frustrating for me to have to spend this much effort to get this situation fixed, not to mention the inconvenience to my daughter and her roommates. Besides calling the front office, I contacted REMG through their website email--- no response. Via Internet searches I was able to locate a phone number which I called today and left a message. We will see if they call me back.

      Hello,

      We have responded to the complaint from ******* regarding the washer and dryer at Stone Ridge Apartments. He was notified that the washers and dryers have been ordered and will be delivered on September 29th and install soon after. The resident has also received a concession for the months they did not have a washer and dryer in the apartment.

      The complaint has been addressed and the issue has been resolved.

      In June I was approved for a 2 bedroom at Evergreen Apartments in ***********, **. I paid $290 refundable deposit for the apartment. At the time I was given the apartment number I would be staying in and also the move in date. The week of move in date I was told that I there was a mistake and that I had been denied. At that time I was told that I would receive my deposit in 2 weeks. It is almost a month later and I have not received. When I reached out to Evergreen they told me that they are under new management and to contact REMG which was the old property management. I have not been able to get deposit or speak with anyone.

      REMG owes a deposit and refund which we have not received. I've lived in three different units at the Meridian ALL have mold which is just painted over when the tenants move. Work orders are closed without the work being addressed. I suspect maintenance is involved in the theft of a valuable tool as well which was stored in communal storage area of unit.

      In researching your claim, I was unable to find your name in our system on any Lease Agreement. I cannot speak with you about anything concerning any tenancy here at Meridian. Whomever was named on the Lease Agreement must contact our office concerning any security deposits or matters concerning their tenancy.
