      I heard so much about **** Spain local media online etc, unfortunately if it sounds to good to be true it probably is to good to be true, I emailed **** Spain about a ************* in ************* County ** I have, I provided the full address and a lot of information about this home in order to make sure to simplify the process, after sending the correspondence ****** called me promptly, she was very inquisitive about the particulars of the home, then out of no where she said Well that location is out of our area, However I can provide you with several real estate agents to assist you in selling your home With modern technology you would think their software would have been formatted to identify what is/ is not in their area, as I have better things to do with my time than filling someone in that really did not have a valid need to know,**** Spain was a complete waste of my time,

      Sold my house on cash deal. Choose **** Spain due to only a 4% commission. However now saying it will 6%. With no real reason
