5 starsBought the stun pen and a alert device for my wife. I did an air test with the pen, and I can tell you, if hate to be on the business end of it. Solid piece of equipment. **************** was great when I called to ask a couple questions. I'm definitely doing more business with this company and I do recommend this company to the public for self protection. Just check your local laws first.Review fromBob P

5 starsI have buying from them for a while. They have great products at even better prices. They also care about their customers. I had one instance where the shipping company had lost my order. So they resent everything I had ordered and also refunded me the shipping cost for expedited delivery. This wasnt even their fault but they made it right for the shipping company making the mistake. We are sorry that this happened to Mrs. **** We have sold over ***** of these stun guns this year, but this is the first we've heard of anyone experiencing such an issue. Regardless, we refunded Mrs. *** her entire order cost with no need to return any of the defective and non-defective units she has. We would have also gladly replaced them free of charge as she purchased one of our top sellers and we are in the business of helping others protect themselves. We also appreciate Mrs. *** bringing this to our attention and we have gone ahead and alerted the manufacturer of what she experienced with the product, just to be safe.Review fromMike D
