      My water bill is through Infinity Billing Enterprises. I set up an ACH to pay my bill. When I talked to a woman in August to make sure they had the form she acknowledged that they had it. I asked her if the payment was going to be taken out on the third of the month. She said that it could be set up that way. She never set it up. Last month (October billing) they took the payment early and it caused a NSF. I talked to them again and the woman said that it was not set up for the 3rd but she could do it form me. She also stated that there was no showing in their system for a returned payment. When I looked at this months statement there was a NSF charge for $35. They said that there is nothing they can do about it. They can't override the system. She stated that the autopay was turned off. I asked that it be turned on and to make sure it is set for the 3rd of the month. She (******) confirmed. She also stated that if I have another NSF they will not accept ACH payments or checks from me. I asked how do I pay my bill then because I'm not sending cash. She said that I'd have to pay with a card and pay the fee associated with it. No One in **************** is happy with this company. They want to charge for everything. All I'm asking is to have the $35 refunded to me since the error was on their part.

      I'm having problems with Infinity Billing Enterprises they said a $261.46 payment was made then a month later they said a Stop Payment was ordered and they lied to me over the phone said it was fraud after one of my friends after I gave them permission to make a payment this is a horrible company to send water payments to them and I get charged a $35 NSF fee for when a credit card payment was stopped and that is wrong. And they already took the money out if his checking account. Something needs to be done with this fraudulent 3rd party company. Thanks your for cooperation in this matter they did receive my regulary scheduled $30.70 payment.
