  We shipped our ***** from ** to ****** ** through Cheap Auto Transport .we got our car delivered with no problem .*********************** was our representative from Cheap Auto transport , he was so helpful and answered all our question by phone or email and arranged a shipment which went very smoothly.I would recommend him and this company to my friends as well .Will definitely give 5 stars ****** R

  I hired this company to coordinate the transport of my classic auto from ******* to ***********. It was a trying ordeal through no fault of the agent. It should be noted that he was professional, thorough and always available. In a business where the sands quickly shift under your feet, I would use this gentleman again.

  Bait and ******************* contacted me after I put in a search for a shipper. The quote they gave was low. Evidently, these particular companies I researched use a system. Once your information has been taken, no one can book you after they ask for the specifics. This fella from CAT told me what the other company had done with blocking me, pushed to get me to release it, and then called and texted me thirty times only to reveal the price he initially quoted had changed due to a mirage of reasons. Yesterday, I called him and told him I wouldn't accept the price being raised from the quote because I looked online at reviews and this was a common practice of HIS company. He said, ok. Today he contacted me to say he could get it picked up for more money. We literally just discussed that. I am writing this to save you time. There is no reason for someone to tell me a "reasonable" price and then raise it hundreds of dollars. He wasted my time which means a lot to me. My time trying to find another shipper, and time with all of those calls and all of those texts and emails to read. His name is ********************* and while he is a very polite person, I don't appreciate being given one price as a quote and then him raising the price when it is time to make this deal. Quietly, he was aggressive but nice. I may have paid the higher price in the beginning had he told me the estimate might fluctuate or something but to continue the charade wasting my time is un acceptable. I suggest no one use this company unless they get their business practices in check.Lastly, If you put in a request for a shipper, don't give them any detailed information accept the date, and basic locations (city/state) of where the item needs to be moved. Some of these sites process is to get the actual addresses, then block you in the system as if they have booked you already, and other vendors won't be able to contact you. CRAZY experience.   Quote of $1285. 12 hours before pick up price was raised to $2000. A deposit of $200 was paid but they charged my account $230. My car was not picked up on the day we agreed on. They then sourced the job to a company and I had to pay the driver $1900. The lady at this company made sure my car was picked up the next morning. Cheap auto sent another invoice for $2300 the day of the move. I refused to sign. The move went from $1285 to $2130. This is a horrible company. Very unprofessional
