    On January 15, ****, I ordered the **** Baseball Master Card Set for the 2023 season. The order number is 149764-1. On January 24 I received the shipment. The problem is that the card set sent was missing 10 of the 30 major league teams. Instead I received 10 team sets that were duplicates to ones enclosed in the package. Therefore, I am unable to get the full use and benefit of my order until I receive the following 2023 team cards: *******, Kansas City, Los Angeles Angels, *********, New ************* *******, *******, ***** Bay, ***** and *******. I am prepared to send the other 10 teams back once I have heard from the company. I have sent multiple emails to the Customer Support email address beginning on January 25. I provided my phone number. To date, I have no response from APBA Games.

    Lets start by saying i was a customer of **** 30 years. I purchased **** GO APROX 2-3 weeks ago,Now i have only have experience in Baseball for Windows ,(i told **** SUPPORT this) There was an a setup i didn/t know how to apply. I sent tech my question , 10 days later still no answer. On the **** ******* they have a unsubscribe button, which i clicked . (it came up with a unsubcriber fail ? I once again emailed them, NO ANSWER. I Took **** GO as pointless app for me. I decided to give *** Baseball download version a chance.I ordered $286 OF products at the same time . i purchased 2 SEASONS, 8 STADIUMS, Micro MANGERS, and the **** version of the game .(all downloadable files) I receive only 2 season files . I email him back i didn't receive the most important file the game, A few hours pass NO ANSWER. I email tech again asking about the chance of getting the game files and ADD ONS ? Still no answer. I guess they might have the attitude of you will get things when you get it. Inclusion i called **** to reverse the charges once they are posted .( which will put the money will be in **** hands for 15 days , until they gather the emails and non delivery of product). Now i realize this is a small niche business, but when you carry the attitude that people are not worth your time , shame on you ****. Read the other complaints above and on Forums , the most common denominator is They just don't care . I hope they wake up one day and realize this isn't the way.

    The cards came but the disk is inoperable---I sent the following e-mail on 2/18/23 The disk I ordered for $***** dollars won't load on my Personal Computer. I place the disk in the drive and it sounds like it is trying to read the disk and nothing appears on the screen. I open up the files and go to the FE2022 exe. and it shows a small window to unzip the files, I do what it ask by pushing the button and it says successful and nothing happens. My windows operating system is Windows 8.1. What do I do to get the disk to load and operate on my computer. The number you give to reach you at ************ sends me to a ******** center. I have tried this number over ten times at different parts of the day and it does not work, there must be some way to contact your APBA headquarters to get help, or this is not a good way to treat customers. I need a new disk or help on getting what was sent to work. Please give me a way to contact your customer service with a working number, or help me operate the product I purchased.     I purchased multiple items from the **** game company. On November 18 2022. I paid $462. I was upcharged later for shipping. I have not received anything from the seller yet. I also was not told when the items would be shipped, if they have been shipped nor did they provide a tracking number for the shipment. I have sent multiple emails to the company and none have been returned. They game me a website to check on the order after acknowledging my order but the website doesnt work.
