    Shittiest game company ever, have been playing ***** and paladins for years and constantly get banned for no reason and end up having to wait a week for my account to be usable again, why not just read my emails and unban me, I swear there are 5 year olds that could do a better job working at hi rez than the people that work there. Its despicable and evil kill yourself hi Rez employees

    **************** is nonexistent. For 7 years I have been playing games and purchasing in game content through them and all of a sudden every time I purchase something for the last year I have to go through 80 emails back and forth with what seems to be a computer generated response. There is no way to get in contact with an actual person and this last order was for $72 over 2 weeks ago and Im just getting responses saying provide more info and we will get back to you shortly. There has to be a change in this broken system. Buyers beware this company will take your hard earned money and hold it for whatever reason with no guarantee of delivering products and/or a clear resolution to what is actually going on with said money.

    worst customer service ever. They care little for there there community which isn't very good to begin with. They don't respond quickly and most of the time its a preset email response. They try to say the right things but put little effort into there job.

    They ban legitimate players that get fed up and curse out the constant toxic trolls running rampart yet will leave the feeders, fountain sitters and racist alone.. company sure straight garbage. If anyone of their employees has a shred of common sense they would review the MATCH and see why person A is cursing out person B!!!
    Waiting for someone to pull a Elon Musk on them and fire the whole company and get devs that care about a real competitive ranked system.. they charge all BS money for skins yet can’t implement a match recorder to ban trolls… WoW has literally GMs that will go in game and use their brains to solve issues.. HiRez just wants your money !

    Poor customer service. Poor company services. Problems existing for longer then 6 months with no sight of being repaired. They take your money and their services ****.

    1 star is too good for HiRez. Worst experience I have ever had with customer support. Had to place multiple tickets as the agents would stop responding. When they did respond, they would look for any excuse to not resolve the issue. Asked for my information to verify my account and transaction history. After receiving the informatuon, they continued to ask for even more information. Ultimately their resolution was to repurchase the **** I was a dedicated fan for nearly 10 years, but refuse to contribute another cent towards HiRez after their ***** theft. If I could rate less than 1 star I would!
